Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff

I stayed at ANANTARA Mui Ne from July 30 to 31 and was very disappointed. There were ants in the room, which made my stay very uncomfortable. When I told the staff, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. No apology, no help – just excuses. For a luxury hotel, this level of hygiene and service is unacceptable. I expected much better from ANANTARA. Definitely not worth the price. 7월 30일부터 31일까지 ANANTARA 무이네에 숙박했는데 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 객실 안에 개미가 나와서 매우 불쾌했고, 직원에게 말씀드렸을 때 대응도 매우 무성의했습니다. 사과도 없고, 도와줄 생각도 없는 듯한 태도였습니다. 이 정도의 청결과 서비스는 고급 호텔이라고 보기 어려우며, 가격에 전혀 걸맞지 않습니다. 기대했던 수준에 한참 못 미쳤습니다. 我于7月30日至31日入住了ANANTARA美奈酒店，但体验非常失望。 房间里有蚂蚁，令人非常不适。我向工作人员反映时，他们的态度很不专业，敷衍了事，没有道歉，也没有提出任何解决办法。作为一家高端酒店，这样的卫生和服务水平是不能接受的。完全不值这个价格。 7月30日から31日までANANTARA ムイネーに宿泊しましたが、とても残念な滞在でした。 部屋にはアリが出て、非常に不快でした。スタッフに伝えたところ、対応は非常に不誠実で、謝罪もなく、助けようとする姿勢も見られませんでした。高級ホテルとは思えない衛生管理とサービスのレベルでした。料金に全く見合わないと感じました。

服務確實很好👍辦入住有歡迎飲品+免費按摩。我們的管家Hong熱情專業！地理位置也不錯。整個氛圍也比較chill。不過作為美奈最好的酒店之二，我覺得房間的設施有點老了，如果旺季來性價比不高。國內酒店的牙刷，梳子，刮鬍刀，吹風機，床單被套還有浴巾哪怕檔次價格比越南差不少，但這些東西要好很多。國內加工製造這些東西真是又好又便宜，雖然越南現在加工業蓬勃發展，還有一段路要走。可能是我沒定別墅房型（因為想着就待一晚），對比之前centara住了2晚的泳池別墅房型，我還是更喜歡centara的別墅房型。但Anantara服務更好，更私人化點，centara小孩太多，太吵了，英文也不如Anantara這邊好。

環境和服務沒得説，真的沒的説。這個價位的海景Luxury真的超值了！私人沙灘非常乾淨~早餐美味~spa也專業~下次還住！

Amazing！很漂亮的度假村，在MuiNe絕對算是Top級別，風景優美，有自己的私人沙灘。入住的時候會翹一次鑼，很有儀式感，工作人員Hang非常友善，歡迎茶火龍果茶也很好喝，每天開夜床送的小吃也很好吃，早餐豐盛且驚艷。定了Hanh Cafe的車離開，可以讓酒店幫忙聯繫大巴公司來接，這一點做的很好。

더아남과 고민 많이 했지만, 원조 5성 방문해 봄. 결론은 만족스러웠음. 직원분들도 친절하고 시설도 좋고, 수영장도 여유롭게 잘 이용했음. 단, 한가지 아쉬운건 조식이 막 다채롭지 않았고 그렇다고 맛이 있는 것도 아니었음. 호치민 호텔들이 좀 더 맛있었음. 그래도 전반적으로 만족스럽게 묵고 감!

I had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around. The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.
