very very big resort with houses, clean and well looked after, nice and friendly reception room: clean, we had a wonderful view to the sea, big and enough space breakfast: good selection of products and dishes, lots of people but enough space, no alternative to cow milk (for me a must have in such a big resort), unfortunately bad english if you asked for something fittings: big resort but no shop, you can’t buy anything, you have to go to the restaurants (price for ice cream 80.000, definitely to much for one scoop), buggy drivers take you around, that works perfectly pools are super nice, stunning view gym: definitely not the same like you can see on the pictures, very good equipment with high quality, unfortunately it’s split into three houses and the rooms look like they are under construction (interim solution..!?) restaurant: we have been to the italien restaurant, pizza okay but they coffee there is quite bad neighbourhood: no beach next to the resort, not a big selection of restaurants, you definitely a taxi!

This isn’t my first time at the resort, but every visit feels special, thanks to the warm welcome from the caring manager, Thuy, and the ever-friendly receptionist, Phu. Their hospitality truly sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The resort itself is always spot-on clean and maintains its rooms like new. The attention to detail is impressive, from the refreshing drinks provided at the pool area to the delightful chocolates and good night notes left every evening. It's a peaceful, serene spot to unwind and take a break, just a couple of hours from Sai Gon. The food and service are consistently excellent, making every visit enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or simply chill, this resort is highly recommended!

Love our stay at Movenpick..the staff are friendly and provide excellent services (especially Ms Hải). Buffet breakfast is normal.for 5 star hotel. Enjoy spending time at the Admiral VIP lounge..friendly and helpful staff.

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

we stayed here during TET, the overall environment of the resort is amazing, it is chill and clean. my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us. The staff is attentive, nice and helpful. There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well. There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders. It is a good resort, I will recommend to my friends and come back for sure.

Anantara is a small piece of paradise in MuiNe. The hotel resort is well prepared to take tourists from all over the world, relaxing is a must. As soon as you arrive while waiting you are welcome with a relaxing massage and wonderful staff helps you around. If you are visiting MuiNe, Anantara is the right place for you, wonderful breakfast options, clean beach and warm cozy rooms. Special thanks to the detailed service from Ms. Thao deputy GM, Ms. Dung that took care of our room, Ms Huyen that helped us before arriving and each person from the hotel that always greeted us with a smile and a helping hand.

A very pleasant hotel in Mui Ne, perfect service, the scenery is as shown in the picture, the original picture without filter, recommended to friends who pay attention to Mui Ne. There are food and drinks near the hotel. If you want to go further, you can also rent a motorcycle, about 50 for a day and a night is enough.

Самый лучший отель в Муйне, отдыхаем в нем не первый раз. Отель находится в самом центре поселка, кафе, магазинчики, аптеки и проч начинаются прямо на выходе с территории отеля. Персонал выше всяких похвал, любая просьба выполняется моментально. Очень чистая ухоженная территория, на пляже и возле бассейна всегда есть свободные лежаки (отель был полностью заполнен), работник несколько раз в день выравнивает песок. Есть счастливые часы когда можно получить бесплатно мороженое в кафе на пляже. Очень вкусные завтраки и обслуживание за завтраком, очень вкусные блинчики пекут. Нам дали ваучеры на 2 бесплатных массажа в spa отеля. При выезде (мы выезжали после завтрака) дали нам в дорогу бутерброды, фрукты, водичку. Контингент отеля большей частью европейцы, немного китайцев, немного русских. Обязательно еще вернемся❤️

This was incomprehensible in a hotel, and a 4-star hotel at that. I moved from a 4-star hotel to this 4-star hotel, just to experience and realize that the reception area and professionalism are worlds apart. This hotel has many group guests so it's quite messy. But that's why the organization is better. The risk management thinking for guests is very problematic: 1. The bathroom is very small, the middle of the bathroom door is to put two high water pipes. If the bathroom can't be wide enough to cover the pipes, why not cut it? 2. The bathroom has no door, connecting to the bedroom space. If there are 2 colleagues or anyone who is not family or too familiar, how should the privacy be when using the bathroom? In the picture, the water tap is protruding, I had to cover it with a trash can to create attention because there are people with foot problems in the room, if they trip over it, they don't know what to do. I also think about the case of elderly guests or those with difficulty walking, how can we control the risk by leaving two water pipes like that when the hotel is not a home, and the guests are not familiar with the space layout? The receptionist checked in slowly. In a family, they divided 2 rooms but arranged them apart, so they should have told the guests 1 hour in advance if there were no rooms nearby. Professionalism is not clearly shown with hotel standards. The room price is good compared to the time. But if you compare the quality with the price, it cannot be called good. Old hotels can be older than normal, but deodorizing and equipping amenities should be focused on. The room is spacious but apart from the bathroom mirror, the room has no mirror, the curtain is cracked, the bathroom door has a loose seal, the TV should be connected to the internet to have more channels, there is no shower cap... The restaurant is okay in terms of taste, but the breakfast dishes and chopsticks are not clean. The coffee cup still has old coffee... The plus point is that the room is spacious, the water is quite strong. However, the faucet is designed with two separate hot and cold faucets, so if you have adjusted the temperature to the right level, you are afraid to turn it off when applying shower gel because you will have to adjust it again later... This is inconvenient and causes a waste of resources, adding unnecessary water costs to the hotel... With the location near the sea and the spacious space that the hotel owns, if the above points are improved, I think the hotel is a place worth experiencing. Looking at the layout, I feel sorry. If the rooms are not safe for guests, they should be renovated or not put into use.

Excellent hotel: large green well-kept territory, the pool is cleaned - everything around is cleaned. Excellent tasty breakfasts! Fruits, pastries, soups, omelette, fried eggs, yogurt, juices. Meat dishes, rice, pasta, sausages, vegetables. All tables are set, everything is cleaned, brought. The staff is friendly and attentive. From 15-00 to 16-00 in the bar on the beach - tea, coffee. You can buy a cake, pastries for tea. The beach is small, but clean. In the morning the waves are small, and then by lunchtime more and more. The only negative is that there are not enough sun loungers on the beach, some are occupied in the morning, and come by lunchtime. When the waves are, you can lie by the pool and swim. We lived in a bungalow - everything is clean, the bed linen is changed every other day. Towels every day and beach towels are changed in the evening. The hotel has many cafes, shops and massage parlors. I recommend this hotel 👍
