"A wonderful resort!
Location: The resort is located ~10 min walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier and located away from all the nightclubs and noise.
The resort is right on the Loh Dalum beach and has its own private beach space. The location is perfect for couples who want a time away from all the noise.
Staff:
All the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the message ladies were so lovely. If one needs feedback for improvement, the bellboys could introduce the resort and the amenities while guiding the guests to their rooms.
Amenities:
The most stunning feature is the swimming pool overlooking the beach. The guests are free to use Kayak and paddleboard for an hour, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but very lovely and clean. Since the houses are built by bamboo, outside noise can be heard. The poil bar has lots of nice drinks. Thai massage overlooking the beach is a must!
Cleanliness:
Everything was kept very clean. The staff were cleaning the pool after it's closed.
Meals: The resort restaurant has a stunning view across the beach. We initially intended on eating outside, but the view in the restaurant was perfect and lit with bamboo lights and torches, so we had our dinner at the restaurant. The meals were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast!
Overall, a wonderful experience."
"Nice bungalows with all comforts, nice white beach to relax on with bar for food and drinks, they can organise boat trips and excursions for you at a decent price. Unfortunately I feel like all the famous beaches around which you are supposed to go see are packed with tourists and full of plastic, I think they should take care of the beaches where they send their clients to, our boat trip was nice but we cut it short at one point cause the beaches were too crowded or dirty. We personally picked up 2 full big plastic bags of rubbish while the boat crew set around smoking. Also the lunch boxes were not great. The Ruan Thai restaurant was very nice, book a day in advance though cause it fills up quickly. The spa also is great, very good massages and nice environment. Cute village nearby to walk to for drinks, dinner, cheaper massages and mini markets. All in all nice resort but not an unforgettable experience."
"Out standing! 2rd year visit i just love this place. Snokleing first class at shark point. Food breakfast lots and tasty. Room 5 star ☆☆☆☆☆. Happy days!
Flowers and love hearts for valentines day on the bed 🥰. Staff can't stop help and making my visit welcome."

"The location is a bit remote, and it will take some physical strength to carry large luggage. The room has an approximate appearance and feels great. Thank you to the boss for providing 2 breakfasts, coffee and fruit."
"I thought it would be too primitive, and the accommodation was very poor. The results were surprising, very beautiful, the rooms were super large, the balcony could have a sea view, and there was a hammock, which should not be too comfortable.
The beach sand at the door is super fine, much better than the long beach across the wall, and the sea is huge. Love Phi Phi Island!
Disadvantages: The bath water is purified seawater, which makes you uncomfortable after washing; the restaurant does not eat well and the breakfast is average. The road to the room is too primitive, it feels like survival in the wilderness."
"On the whole as Phi Phi is a small enough place the hotel was well located. Away from all the noise but close enough that everything is quickly and easily accessible.
The staff were all lovely, and always willing to help.
We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but many others did and it seemed like a decent pool.
The only shortcomings would be the absence of an iron, although a steamer is available to use at reception it is a little inconvenient. The second would be air conditioning. The AC didn’t work very well and as it was very humid during our stay this was sorely missed. Finally, the shower units could use some attention as in the room we had the shower heads pointed in a direction that soaked the bathroom.
That being said our stay was very pleasant and the friendliness of the staff was key!"
"It's just that the ebb tide is too much, it's a bit inconvenient to get wet on board and get off the boat, and it's really hard to carry luggage and climb stairs. I ’m sorry if you do n’t give it! The environment is still very good! It ’s just that I ’m going to board a plane and it ’s not convenient to get wet. Far islands! It's a bit inconvenient to bring children!"
"Phuket is for tourism, and the islands are for vacation. The beach in front of the hotel is more beautiful and clean than several major beaches in Phuket. There are beaches and snorkeling spots outside, which is very comfortable. But there are shells and gravel on the beach here, and it hurts to walk barefoot. Each room has its own footbath and a small balcony, and the room area is large. There are three cats next to S1 where I live, which is very cute. (Although some people may not like it and think it is the last room)
The house smells good, the facilities are a bit old, and the worst is that there is no hot water with enough temperature, which makes the bathing experience very bad. Although there is a wardrobe, the door of the wardrobe cannot be opened. I used one finger to pick out the hanger. There are only two plugs and the light is not bright enough.
The service is good. There is a fixed time to pick up and send to Tongsai Pier. When checking in, you will be given a glass of pineapple juice, which is quite delicious. The staff is enthusiastic and proactive to help. You don’t need to carry your luggage by yourself. They have helped before you take the initiative to ask. But the chicken rice in the restaurant is 160 plants, which is expensive and not very delicious.
Because the beach in front is very beautiful, I am generally satisfied. Yes."
"Upon arrival at Phi Phi Island Pier, there will be staff picking us up to the hotel. There is no car on the Phi Phi Island. This hotel is not close to the pier. To get to the pier to rent a taxi, 100 baht is a person, we 6 people choose first along On the mountain road, I went to the semi-dead and walked for half an hour to the pier to go shopping for an afternoon to buy a good dry food 500 baht to rent a boat back to the hotel. The next day I bought a 6-hour round-the-island tour at the hotel. It is recommended to take 3 hours around the island. After sitting on the wooden boat for a long time, the hotel will be dizzy, the hotel is very beautiful. When we went to the hotel, we sent us 2 days for breakfast (we stayed 2 nights). There are also 2 restaurants nearby to solve the problem. The door is super sea view, and there are many sands. Coral, stinging"
"I want you all to listen to me, if you have kids this is the hotel that you need to take your family to. It's clean there's no rock and roll noise at night. As a father who brought his family here to play this is the only hotel that I found that was the best one. Don't risk taking your family to other places that have loud music and terrible smells. This hotel was the most amazing hotel I've seen on this island and I've been to this island five times. The rooms were outstanding they were fantast and so comfortable"

LLucy S.Very nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was right at the town center. The room has hair dryer, mini fridge, soap, towels for the room and swimming pool and a nice small balcony.
The Thai breakfast menu and the pancakes were delicious. Overall a great place for the price.

NNina00We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily.
Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort.
Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️
GGuest UserFirstly I will say the the location is amazing, at the end of kind beach. You can snorkel from the beach also possible to swim to shark point. Breakfast was nice, choice of eggs and other bits. The staff were always very helpful and tried their best
The bad points, the in our first room there was no mosquito net.so when about getting one we were told it wasn’t possible. They then offered us a new room. We took the new room, which included a mosquito nets. Although it’s also included a pack of monkeys who are waiting outside the door for us aggressively we were told by the staff to just grab a stick and shoot them off. This did only happen one day But it made the other day going back to your room in the dark not feel so nice the AC in the room was also terrible. It sounded like it had a bag of old spanners in and dripped throughout the night like some sort of water torture leaving blocks of ice on the floor as well. I would also note that’s the bed was as flexible as the wooden floor below, so just bear this in mind if you’re used to a softer mattress.
I appreciate the monkeys are out of their control but maybe some signs for other guests not to have food out et cetera so that they’re not encouraged to come to the area might help. I also don’t think it’s very hard to have a mosquito net in every room. It’s a shame these small things could not be fixed. As otherwise for the money it would be a very nice stay.
If you’re visiting the area, I do recommend the restaurant at the end of the beach called mamas and the pad Thai is delicious. The restaurants down the beach are also good for a nice evening out.
AAnnatarStaff is not communicative at all: we haven't succeed to move the booking because of visa reasons even through support. Ended up just leaving booking to a local friend and even in that case the staff haven't communicated and declined changing the person for a booking so noone was able to use the booking!

GGustavo F.The hotel is overall good but our room - garden bungalow - was not comfortable for the price, it needs a big renovation.
Bathroom and shower-head are outdated, shower time were not very pleasant, towels are hard and all stained, all furniture is very old. There’s no attention to details, simple things like placing a mat at the door so the room doesn’t get full of sand.
Breakfast was fair and all staff were kind and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful but a bit busy with boats and tractors coming and going.
Jimmy’s Cafe was pleasant and had some good dishes.

IIuliiaGreat located fantastic swimming pool, probably best location in island! Rooms are too basic , first I stayed in the better room with balcony it was nice but I found a huge cockroach on the bed omg! Then I mend to more simple room -bathroom in both is dumb and not nice to be there but the resort itself is nice. Rooms are not nice to stay in -just to sleep overnight and leave the room! Swimming pool is the best!

PPaulina CatherineThe hotel was nice - view from the room was brilliant! However do note this hotel is not accessible: the hike to the room was difficult even for people in their 30s. It’s also quite far away from the town. Pool is rather dated. Longtail boat transfer to and from the pier was great bonus!pity that the reception staff weren’t nice - in all other hotels in Thailand we were welcomed with a big smile, but here the check in took forever and the staff seemed to look at the customers as a bother

GGuest UserIn relation to the price, it has a very good location and in addition to that, it has extra activities in the hotel that offer you a better experience. It has a swimming pool that I really liked. In addition to that, it has kayak rentals and among other activities that the hotel offers. In relation to cleanliness, Well, the truth is that they are lacking a bit, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and there are details that can be improved, but it is undoubtedly a good option for solo travelers, with family. It is about a five-minute walk from the center, and from the Ton Sai pier, it is directly connected to the beach and has beach chairs exclusive to the hotel.

GGuest UserVery good hotel!
I liked the magnificent view pool, excellent breakfast, nice room. It was clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the location was quite convenient. Yes, it can be quite noisy at night, but this island is not complete without night parties)
Say hello to the baby corgi who lives at the hotel!
