Stayed for 3 nights while visiting Philadelphia for the first time. Very good impression of the hotel. It is in an old building but it is nicely renovated, clean and modern. But the old building adds to the charm. We had the corner room and it was so cozy with nice large windows, we had 3 windows in the room and another two windows in the bathroom, so rare for the small hotel room. Everything was very clean. And it was quiet, I think probably due to an older, thicker walls of the building. The breakfast in the morning was also a nice touch. Love that hot oatmeal was included! And location is a gem! Everything was within 15-20 min walk, The Terminal market in 10 min walk, city hall is 15 min and museums within 30 min walk. If we wouldn't have my elderly mom with us, we would not need to use rides at all. It's in a very safe and vibrant neighborhood, lots of local restaurants, not a chain, we had dinner at the Italian place and it was delicious. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again when next time in Philadelphia.
