The Franklin on Rittenhouse, A Boutique Hotel

- Really good room, much more spacious than expected, and well decorated. - Breakfast included with smoked salmon and good quality muffins.

This place is a GEM! I was in town for a conference, and needed a hotel close to Rittenhouse Square. I landed upon The Franklin, and it looked perfect. I was cheerfully greeted at check-in and directed to my room. Upon entrance, my jaw dropped - the room was intersection of history and luxe. And thoughtful details throughout. I wish I could've stayed longer! Every employee was so kind and helpful - 10/10 stay.

What a great boutique hotel! Perfect location. Doug went above and beyond to make sure our stay was no less than spectacular. Our room was clean and spacious. Cleaning staff also does a great job. The speakeasy is a must. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Philly!

What a lovely hotel! I travel to Philly often for work and am usually at a Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt or the like. I stumbled upon this gem when literally everything was sold out. The room was large and beautifully appointed, the staff gracious and thoughtful, and the vibe warm and welcoming. Even breakfast was impressive (I especially appreciated the voluptuous Greek yogurt (no sugary Yoplait here!). I don’t think I’ll bother staying anywhere else.

The Franklin on Rittenhouse is a wonderful boutique hotel conveniently located a block from the park and within easy walking distance of the best parts of Philadelphia. The team made me feel like it was my home away from home and went beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay with them was welcoming and carefree. When the hotel had no availability for my first night in Philly, they found me accommodations nearby. When family came to visit me at the hotel they treated them as if they were guests at the hotel as well. I will be visiting Philly at least once a year and will always make the Franklin my first stop. What a terrific hotel. I would like to make particular mention of Da’sha who really went out of her way to make me feel at home. She’s brilliant. Also Michael and Paige who made me feel welcome before I arrived and during my stay at the Franklin. What a wonderful team!

Amazing location and room! The amenities were great, clean and sparkling everywhere, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming! Will definitely come again soon! Absolutely gorgeous place to stay and the price was unbeatable!
