The house was great. It had everything you would want and more! Kitchen had everything you need for making meals. Host supplied plenty of coffee pods for the keurig. Milk for coffee it was very considerate. The host left us a lovely gift basket. We are a family of nine that included three children, it was perfect. The house is a split level so we had to watch the youngest on the stairs . The host responded with a gate to help. Easy entry and checkout. Great location too! Spent a day at Bear Mountain state park and local water park. Thank you for letting us feel at home at this lovely house.

Charming Home in Cold Spring We were six adults together for a family reunion. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was a clean, comfortable home that we assumed had been where the owner had once lived. He responded in minutes if I had a question. There were food staples in the fridge (milk, eggs, orange juice, english miffins and a gift basket! There was a plentiful supply of Kurig’s coffee. It was very thoughtful and we were all impressed. I definitely recommend it and would like to stay there again.
