"The hotel is really nice. The room i booked is the same as advertised. Very cozy and asthetic. Breakfast is very good too. You can customize your own breakfast and eat as much as you want. The infinity pool is so breathtaking. The staffs can speak English very well, and they are very friendly and professional. For Muslim, there are a lots of Halal restaurant nearby. "The views from swimming pool is insane!! Only staff is a bit NPC. Asking all the time to put a good review and only doing things if you push the limit.. I had a complaint because I booked with late checkout, but this was not mentioned in their system. So she tells me you will get it if you leave a good review on which I said: its not a choice for you to make as in my Tripp booking late checkout is included as my reward and if I dont get I will leave a review for sure but a bad one.. and then they got quiet.."

"The bed was large and very comfortable - we slept very well for our 3 nights stay. The room is also bright and a comfortable size for the price point. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided in a large bottle in the bathroom, they smell good too. However, unlike advertised, the swimming pool on the roof top is not functional. Coffee and tea were also not provided in the room. The programmes on the TV did not always work, perhaps due to some connection issues. The Aircon is also not consistent in its temperature somehow, leaving us sometimes too hot in the middle of the night. The location is fantastic, with a couple of coffee shops within 1-2 mins walk. Supermarket is just across the street. Overall a comfortable stay given the price point."
