Every Tuesday and Friday - Pool service 2. 3rd week of every month, usually Wednesday or Thursday - Lawn maintenance (performed every two weeks) 3. Every Tuesday for regular trash collection and return them to their original location in the afternoon - Trash collection, handled by Can Monkey (a third-party service). They will pull the trash bins to the curb . ✨ We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any disruptions this may cause. 📌 No lifeguards will be on duty. 📌 Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property. ‼️ Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER: Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER ‼️ 1. Guests agree to comply with all posted signs, disclaimers and safety guidelines. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. Guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold owner, including all Members, Managers and employees thereof, from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool and spa. 📌 For the safety and comfort of all guests, the property is equipped with two exterior security cameras: a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and a camera overlooking the backyard. Additionally, a Minut noise sensor is installed indoors to monitor decibel levels only—this helps ensure a peaceful environment and prevent potential noise disturbances. 📌 This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
