"The room hygiene is still very good, because it was staying during the epidemic, specially wiped the table with disinfectant water, and the rag was clean. The large glass in the bathroom was also very clean. The door of the room has no anti-lock function, and there is no lock with the chain. A little bit unsteady in my heart. The area is large, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very transparent and very good. The waiter is also very enthusiastic."

"Most instagram-able hotel in Ayutthaya, stayed here the 2nd time, rooms are always very clean and welcome drink was nice.
Staffs in the hotel general area including reception and security guards were all very nice, but restaurant staffs on the other hand were different (I didn't want to use this word but honestly they were a little rude, when they were serving the breakfast included), dinner time was okay.
Pool was cleaned by staffs early morning, pleasant to stay here again."

"The price is too high! The hotel is great. By the river, it is separated from the internet celebrity hotel Sala Ayutthaya. The environment does not lose it. Very Thai atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly. Especially the uncle at the door, the service is so good I am embarrassed, the person is sincere and kind. Opposite the hotel is a temple with a particularly beautiful night view. The room is big enough and the bath water is strong. The bed is a big bed made of two beds, which does not affect. That is, the air conditioner is noisy, and light sleep will have some impact. The breakfast is a fruit buffet + a set menu, which is delicious. The nearby Thanam Viewing Restaurant has delicious dishes and the price is not expensive. Recommended stay"

"Staying at Baan Canalee was a fantastic choice. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving later than expected, they were willing to provide recommendations for dinner and even helped us call a tuk-tuk. The house itself was spacious and clean, and having a smart TV with access to YouTube was definitely a plus. Additionally, the common area by the riverside was a lovely place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.
If I have the chance to visit Ayutthaya again, I would definitely choose to stay at Baan Canalee once more. Overall, it provided a comfortable and welcoming environment with excellent customer service and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable."

"Отельчик маленький несколько номеров . Место положение супер! На этой улице в сторону развалин ночной рынок , на параллельной улице станция мини басов . Очень чисто в номере, хозяйка супер. Полотенца правда имели неприятный запах при намокании, но это проблема маленьких отелей не только в Тайланде , но и в любой стране. Не простирывают их, стирают на быстрой стирке в холодной воде. Тем не менее рекомендую отельчик , тихо , уютно. Разрушенный город первый дегь смотрели с тукером 200 бат час. Возил конечно кругами , чтобы больше времени ушло, но мы зато изучили город. Пешком умрешь по жаре. Потом взяли байк в отеле и проехались еще. Катание на слонах супер аутентичное рядом с развалинами, Завтрак с отличным кофе Coffee Old city, обед рекомендую Phak wan, тукер нас туда привез очень достойно и недорого."

AallanWhat an amazing stay, I think the rating speaks for itself.
The people here are so warm and welcoming, they really try to connect with you, they will give you advices on your trip, and they always leave some food for you no matter the hour of the day.
Ayutthaya isn’t a big city so even if this hostel seems a bit far in reality it is very close from the center, you can reach it in 10 mins by walking or rent a bike at the hostel for 50bath/day and you’ll reach the best spots in 5 mins.
Everything is clean, conviennent and spacious.
It’s a 5/5 on every points, thank you again for your kindness, I hope to see you soon ! 😁

Hhappy travel funA perfect beautiful hotel to stay, once you reach hotel lobby, staff welcome with great smile, hotel luagage were perfectly sent to room, while waitting we will be served with welcome drink. Breakfast buffet good. I m happy as i love pat thong go. Drinks selection is less. If the hotel served thai milk tea, it will be more grateful.

NNanaInChinaMost important thing is the customer service! They are so lovely and helpful. I arrived early in the morning and they let me keep my stuff on a table and use the restrooms/terrace. Same when I had a late train when I left, they even told me to keep the towel in case I wanted to shower during the day.
The hotel is very nice, like an old school wooden house. It's sooo close to the station and to the boat service to cross the river. They also have a beautiful kitty.
Just let them know if you have a problem with steep stairs so they can give you a room on the first floor because going upstairs can be a little slippery and steep. Also let them know in advance (the day before) if you need to get your laundry done.
I got a room with a fan and shared bathroom and it was always clean and also not too hot in the room.
Bring a blindfold if you can't sleep easily with light because the curtains don't cover much the light, but hey! You're in a beautiful place, waking up early is okay 🤣😁 I would totally recommend this hotel and will go back if I pass through Ayutthaya again. Oh, and don't miss out on their sunset boat tour!

TTimThe hotel is great, room is spacious and clean and perfect for a 3 night stay. Staff is not the friendliest and trying to get you to “e.g. book another room category, luggage service for a few hours for a lot of money, upselling general, tours with them” and no breakfast!

GGuest UserThough the front desk is staffed with young people bored with doing nothing and annoyed by customer’s inquiries, I just ignored all the unpleasantness and got more than satisfactory results: on hair dryer in the bathroom not working, I got a portable one in a bag for replacement, and on WiFi not working, got a technician brought in a in-room modem/router. Even better still, cleaning staff jumped at requests after I tipped them for no apparent reason: they brought front desk staff to my room with a form for laundry — a service which was not made apparent to guests. As a result, I extended my stay : )

AAnonymous UserTo put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.

But the air conditioner is an old type and the sound is a little louder.
There are not many restaurants nearby, but there is a 7-11 at the intersection, which is convenient for supplies.
In the urban area about 1,000 meters away, we rented a motorcycle to travel.
It's quite accessible from the scenic spots. I stayed there for 5 days and was quite satisfied.

GGuest UserI like accommodations near the water. But if you look at the view from the top, you'll see a lot of the roof below. You have to come down to see the water view at the bottom. It's better. In the room, the WIFI signal didn't arrive, but the hotel said they were going to move the box. The next one should be better. Everything is good in the room. The big bed was comfortable.
