Super friendly staff, always available and helpful. Would stay again. Hotel is close to the old town and the main sights

Best location in town, right next to the former imperial palace! The hotel is nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was good too. Started in a premium room, it was a spacious room, but no windows looking outside. The smaller rooms seem to have windows though, some of them even have balconies. All in all, we had a great time. Hotel staff helped with arranging drivers too for excursions. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Hotel was ancient medical centre, smell nice with lemongrass everywhere. Friendly staffs and fine breakfast. Great location. Bedroom is basic.

I had a great experience here and hope to come back again. The accommodation and customer service are professional and friendly to tourists. The drinks and food are quite good.

There is basically nothing near the hotel but some cafes The only good thing is really close to the Royal City 5 minutes walk If you want to walk to the center D it takes half an hour and you have to walk over some bridges with quite a lot of cars The staff are nice The room includes one serving of fruit (1 serving for 2 days). The room is very big with 2 floors Whether it's good or not depends on how you look at it There are TVs on the upper and lower floors Shampoo smells a little strange not for everyone There are not many kinds of breakfast but there are even rice noodles and spring rolls which taste quite good Overall it's pretty good if you don't introduce the inconvenience

The location is very good, the breakfast is rich, and it starts at 6 am, which is convenient for eating before taking the morning flight. The staff is warm and friendly, especially thank the front desk girl tie n for her enthusiastic service, and the young male staff of the cafe recommended the nearby Hue rice noodle food. This is a good choice for visiting Hue.

It seems to be the site of the former Imperial Medical Clinic. The hotel is right next to the east gate of the Imperial City. The location is very good. The service staff is very friendly and the rooms are very unique. But maybe because it's so humid and the rooms are all on the first floor, the room has a musty smell. But overall it's still a very good hotel!

Останавливались на 2 дня для осмотра старого города. Расположение - супер, очень интересное здание и интерьер. Хороший вай-фай, завтрак и обеды/ужины в кафе. Есть бассейн, очень удобные кровати. Из минусов: в номере пахнет плесенью, очень темно и с 5 утра до 11 утра начинает играть радио, которое персонал не может выключить. Звукоизоляция отсутствует.
