Great clean hotel with big and green territory.

We had a hard time trying to communicate with them as we have 2 families and 2 villas . We wanted to inform them to arrange a bus to and fro airport and to have the 2 rooms together. All the reception was interested in was telling us the name was inconsistent with the booking . They cannot arrange a complimentary birthday surprise because one of the birthday date was 2 days earlier, must be exact date. How much can the cake cost? The reception gave us wrong information and made us walk extra due to wrong venue and wrong shuttle bus information.one of the villa had faulty locks that could not lock. Housekeeping was inconsistent and poor despite us tipping the housekeeper daily. Some amenities missing, bath tub not cleaned. The final straw was when they charged us for drinks that we didn't consume in mini bar. We had bought the milk from king Kong mart and just because they found it at the kitchen, they charged for it to begin with, they claimed they had this in the fridge but they didn't! They do not allow you to put the dining and spa tab to the room, need to pay directly at the establishment . They didn't validate our room cards as we extended one more night and we couldn't go in the villa.Save your money for elsewhere.
