Our concept is intentionally intimate and romantic, offering a serene atmosphere surrounded by lush tropical gardens and direct beach access. We understand that our style and scale may differ from larger resorts on the island, such as the JW Marriott, which are built to deliver a different kind of guest experience.Regarding your comments:1. Room and facilities – Our property reflects the boutique philosophy of MGallery: cozy, elegant, and peaceful, with a focus on personalized service and charm rather than large-scale facilities. We regret this difference in concept did not meet your expectations.2. Children’s breakfast surcharge – As per booking policy, the room rate includes breakfast for the number of guests declared at the time of reservation. Since your booking was made for two adults, the additional breakfast supplement for children applied upon arrival. We understand this may have been unexpected, and we will continue working on clearer pre-arrival communication to avoid such surprises in the future.3. Airport transfer – Our complimentary shuttle service operates on a shared basis and is scheduled in accordance with international airport guidelines, recommending arrival at least two hours before departure. This standard ensures guests have ample time for check-in and security procedures without stress. Whenever possible, and with sufficient notice, we always strive to accommodate personalized requests. We are pleased that we were ultimately able to adjust the transfer time closer to your preference.4. Beach conditions – Phu Quoc enjoys two distinct seasons: dry and wet. During the wet season, stronger waves and winds sometimes require us to raise safety flags in line with local regulations. We regret that this limited your beach experience and warmly invite you to return during the dry season, when the sea is calm and our beachfront is at its most beautiful.We are glad that overall you had a smooth check-in at the airport, and we truly hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
