방이 엑스트라베드 추가해도 될 만큼 넓었어요! 또 수영장도 사이즈가 넓고 수질도 깨끗해서 묵는 내내 마음껏 수영했어요 조식도 만족스러웠어요

Thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday decorations and the small cake for my daughter—it was such a thoughtful surprise! Overall, the service was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food and was the tastiest among the three hotels we stayed at during our trip. The pool was clean and spacious, and all the staff were polite and attentive. The hotel also offers great value for money. The only minor downside was that a staff member promised to bring us an extra blanket but unfortunately never did. Despite this small hiccup, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!

아이랑 같이 다녀온 푸꾸옥 호텔중에 서비스와 모든 환경이 괜찮았어요.. 직원들의 응대도 너무 친절하고 또 가고 싶었던 호텔 입니다. 우기 인 6/18-20 일 까지 였는데.. 아이랑 같이 놀다 보니 조금 체크아웃 시간도 늦게 해주시고 배려해 줘서 너무 감사했습니다.. 식사는 조식밖에 못했는데 여유 시간이 없어서 너무 아쉬웠지만.. 다음에 정말 또 가고 싶은 곳 입니다.. 수영장과 가까운 곳으로 배려 해 줘서 감사했습니다.

this trip we stay in family suite, very big connection room with big bath tube. Nice environment with beach and swimming pool. Breakfast is great and highly recommend to stay in this hotel

前台、餐廳的工作人員都很熱情，只要你企喺度，工作人員都會主動問你咩需要幫忙。特別感謝Ngan在check in及坐shuttle時的幫忙，以及Larc幫忙luggage storage以及借遮的協助。 早餐食物好豐富，有牛肉河粉、冬甩、雪糕、第一日仲有任食芒果。由於腸胃炎中，早餐嘅粥對於我嚟講係福音。美中不足係雨由check in後一直落到check out日，超大風雨所以連沙灘都冇行過出去。。。 唯一缺點係去downtown嘅shuttle唔係喺正duong dong night market，我哋一落車要搭紅色sightseeing車$70000 vnd先去到，但如果你可以接受步行10分鐘就無問題。

I stayed here for 2 nights, got a room upgrade and a birthday cake. I was quite impressed. But the day I checked out, it was raining quite heavily. I asked for a car to pick me up at the accommodation, 2nd floor, bacony type room to help carry my luggage. I waited for the car for 10 minutes, no car came. So I had to carry 3 bags down from the 2nd floor by myself and drag my suitcase in the rain to the lobby. From the expectation of this accommodation, I think I will not use the service at this hotel again. Very disappointed. If I come to Phu Quoc again, I will probably stay somewhere else.

地方偏僻，酒店附近沒有任何商店及配套 到夜市需要大概10分鐘車程 酒店提供的穿梭巴士只有18:00及18:30兩班 分別到達富國島兩大夜市 酒店房間大，景色優美，但清潔一般 酒店員工服務殷勤，能以英文對答 入住當天是我和女朋友的紀念日，酒店安排了精美佈置和甜點給我們，欣賞他們的安排和細心 早餐美味多選擇。
