We want to clarify that these power outages were due to issues with the local power authority, which unfortunately are beyond our direct control. While we do have generator backup, we understand that the transition and the overall situation can still be disruptive. Our lobby is designed as an open-air space to embrace the natural surroundings. However, we understand that during warmer periods, this can be uncomfortable, and we are exploring options to improve airflow and guest comfort in this area. Our engineering team will also be checking the air conditioning unit in your room to identify why it is insufficient and will take the necessary steps to rectify this as quickly as possible.Thank you for sharing your feedback to our attention.
