직원분들은 굉장히 친절하고 상냥합니다. 주변에는 맛집과 슈퍼 마사지집이 있어 좋았습니다. 방 인테리어 또한 천장도 높고 좋았습니다. 단, 수영장쪽은 선베드 등 사진과 차이가 있습니다. 자연이랑 어우러져서 그런지 모기가 정말 많습니다.. 모기 못들어오게 하려고 문열어놓지도 않았지만 계속 모기와의 싸움을 했습니다...그럼에도 불구하고 7방은 물렸어요. 방 자체가 밝지가 않아서 모기를 찾는것도 정말 힘들고 가만히 누워있으면 10분마다 와서 윙윙 되는데 정말 너무나도 스트레스 였습니다. 샤워기 수압이 굉장히 너무나도 약해요. 당황스러울정도로 약해서 샤워하는데 엄청 오래걸립니다. 얼마나 약하냐면 샤워기를 꼽아두면 수압이 약해 샤워줄 타고 내려와서 정말 더 졸졸 나옵니다. 개선해야한다고 생각합니다. 밤에 옷도 입지 않고 있었는데 문을 잠궈놓았음에도 불구하고 다른사람이 방을 잘못찾아서 인지 문을 벌컥 열었습니다. 너무 당황스러운 나머지 소리를 질렀는데 굳이 다시 문을 또 열고는 sorry라고 하고 문을 닫더군요. 게스트들이 방을 잘못 찾은건 사고였겠지만 정말 문을 잠그고 있었는데 왜 열린건지 굉장히 불쾌했습니다. 수영장 물이 굉장히 탁해요.솔직히 저기에 들어갈수있는건가 의아할 정도로 보기에 들어가기 힘든 비쥬얼이에요. 근데 수영하시는분들은 있더군요. 침대가 킹사이즈라고 하나 싱글침대 2개 붙여 놓은거라서 가운데 있으면 벌어져요. 서비스는 굉장히 친절하고 만족하지만 시설은 좀 실망스럽고 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다.

We had the best time at An Nhien Retreat. There are around 8-10 large well appointed cabins. It is a small and friendly complex. The cabins have high raked ceilings and my deluxe room was very spacious. There were five surfaces on which to store things. There were also two large cane benches next to a lovely bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The a/c worked well. The view of the pool from my balcony was framed by the forested grounds, including palms and frangipani trees. We got to know most of the other guests at the lovely pool, or at the breezy dining pavilion, or during the gorgeous yoga classes. Minh and Linh were great managers. The yoga teachers were excellent.

very friendly eco resort with extremely hospitable staffs. They also make home made kombucha that is tasty. Conveniently walking distance to most places around and drivable. The resort offer yoga classes as well as scuba-diving and theres even a laundromat 1 min walking distance right outside if the resort

Mong An Nhiên luôn giữ được không gian và dịch vụ tốt như này!

Okay - but wouldn’t stay again The hotel is located off the main street in a calm and quiet spot. The pool was nice, and the free yoga sessions every morning were a great addition. However, I found the staff somewhat inattentive, and there were tiny bugs in the shower (likely due to the humidity) that kept reappearing daily. The daily cleaning service was also quite basic—while the sheets and towels were changed, the rest of the room was not cleaned very thoroughly. For the price, it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again, as there are friendlier and cleaner options available for the same cost in the area.

Overall, the stay was relaxing. The room was clean and spacious. But I was a deceived by pictures and posting that the property was on a beach. There is no private beach and the nearest access to the beach is a 10 min walk. You have to cross a busy road where there is no traffic light or crossing signs.

Everything was PERFECT!

It is so peaceful and the gardens are beautiful. The team couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, they have an amazing restaurant in the town called the siagonese eatery that you shouldn’t miss! Mhin is an excellent host

This property has the potential to be beautiful but unfortunately it is run down and dirty. Dead plants, overgrown bushes, pool littered with leaves, loungers broken and not enough cushions for the ones that are there. The beach is across the road, shared with another resort. The only problem with that was, we couldn't get a lounger there. Guests from the other resort were in the "An Niehm" section everyday. So using the private beach was useless. As for the rooms, they need a good cleaning from top to bottom! Everything dusty and dirty. We were given clean towels everyday and the breakast every morning was wonderful. All in all...Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? No.

I did not think that I would leave a review like this among other good reviews, I just thought that I was unfortunate this time, it was a chance to know how much good your service was. My partner booked this hotel 3 nights because I told him that I was recommended. The plus is people here, friendly and warm welcomed me. But my first impression was not really good. The bed is comfortable, but there was problem with the cleanliness. There were sand and dusk in the bathroom, and the stopper of bottle of drinking water was also dirty, the door was really hard to open. Above experience, I thought I just friendly shared to the reception and done. But the thing really ruined my experience was that from the beginning, my partner was stucked in the mainland because of the storm and was not able to travel to Phu Quoc, the hotel did not offer us cancallation and of course, I understood that, therefore I checked in earlier because I was in Phu Quoc before, and hoped my partner can travel to Phu Quoc on the next day. Unfortunately, my partner was still not able to travel, I was seeking to the hotel support to move our stay to Mar 2023 when we can arrange our holiday, and we will absolutely pay the extra if any. But I received response that our stay only can be postpone until Oct 2020 and I should stay all by myself if my partner cannot travel. And supprisingly that they said the payment is only a small amount therefore they could not support me. What kind of mindset was that? And I agreed that this was a small amount and I was alright to leave it. Next time my partner travel to Phu Quoc, I am sorry that I will choose other hotel and you will not see me as a demanding guest again.
