酒店地方大，環境舒服，早餐非常豐富，我們住三房一廳有私人獨立泳池，如果朋友多或家人多一起住，非常愉快

가족여행으로 프리미엄풀빌라에 묵었습니다. 가족 모두 만족스러운 숙소 였어요. 제가 머물렀던 시기에 결혼식 준비로 수영장 쪽에 계속 공사를 해서 아쉬운 부분은 있었습니다. 2박 했는데 아쉬웠어요.

酒店很新，在一個很大的度假村裡麪。綠化鬱鬱葱葱，兩層別墅三個房間，很舒適。院子裏的游泳池非常乾淨，公共遊泳池也很大。門口一顆芒果樹結滿了果實。沙子很細，白沙灘。有很長一段海水很淺。

the hardware like swimming pool is quite good but the service is not very good.

とても大規模な施設となっており、向き不向きがあると感じた。 また新しい割に作りの甘さを感じ、突貫で作ったハリボテ感が強い。 またカビなども目立ちメンテナンスが行き届いてないのは否めない。 子供連れのため、公共プールは良かったが、朝食時の騒々しい感じに圧倒され、ゆっくりしに来たため値段も考えるとリピートはない。

服務人員態度冷漠，冇笑容。服務比較差，沒有按照規定3時可以check in，延遲一個多小時先可以拿到房。早餐選擇不多，味道一般、餐飲也比較貴。 沒有提示小心路滑告示牌，因為餐廳近泳池，因此客人比較容易跣親。今次入住，體驗非常差，也不會再 選擇入住。

員工友善有禮，早餐食物質素幾好。

房間很驚艷 主要是價格太合適，性價比超高，小朋友很開心，長者家也很舒心。 服務態度也很好，很熱心。 泡酒店就足矣，酒店早餐很豐富，酒店外也有吃的。 唯一缺點：離南部，中部太遠，一家老小打車費用還是不便宜的。

位於南面，坐grab去sunset town也很近。villa裡有很附多設施，但因為只住了一天兩晚，所以沒能好好試不同設施。去了沙灘玩過，水淺面積大，有小魚、鞦韆，玩等很開心。可惜之後小朋便病了，職員都有盡力幫忙。叫了兩晚room services, 食物不錯，幾好食的，但要提早點叫，因為都要等60分鐘。villa 很大，出入要叫buggy接送。有自己私人泳浮池，都夠小朋友盡興. 因為樹木多，有蚊有四腳蛇和小青蛙出沒。因為一早7點就check out, 來不及吃早餐（7-10:30），前台很好打包了很多早餐讓我們check out 時take away. 酒店有的免費機場接送，但我們太早了..房很美，也很大，都忘了拍照留念。如果來南面，推薦這酒店，設施夠留在酒店裡玩上幾天。

適合全家出遊

有一間房間的廁所有異味買，清理過三次還是有臭味，酒店馬上給我們換房間，及主動提供延遲推房，贈送芝士和朱古力

Be cautious and careful with your belongings at this resort We had an unfortunate incident during our stay at New World Resort. One afternoon, three cleaning staff entered our villa for routine cleaning while we were still there. Since we were about to leave, we waited in the living room and didn’t have a chance to secure our belongings properly. Our wallets, left unattended in handbags in the bedroom, were later found missing all the Hong Kong dollar notes belonging to my husband and aunt. We immediately reported this to the front desk, but after their investigation, they concluded that there was no concrete evidence. We remain certain, however, that the theft occurred during the cleaning, as that was the only moment our wallets were out of sight. Therefore, I strongly advise guests staying at this resort to keep your money and valuables with you at all times. Additionally, be cautious when using the indoor swimming pool, as we noticed some bugs around the area. On the positive side, the environment itself is pleasant, and the mini water park is quite nice. However, one negative experience can significantly affect the overall impression.
