Good location and convenient to the Kiss Bridge, Cable car station as well as wandering around Sunset Town. Enjoy viewing firework show after dining at the hotel. However, room is not very spacious and no sofa (say two-seater) is available.

We enjoyed very much our 7 nights stay at Pullman, the pool is nice and big, however the floor is very slippery at the kids splash area, it would be important to fix that for safety. Our room is decent, clean, the only thing I would suggest is to replace the hair conditioner with different brand.
Breakfast is the best, lots of options and tasty. We also had a lovely dinner at Mad Cow, View was incredible and the food was very good! They also have foam party at the pool few days a week around 4pm, the kids had so much fun!
Pullman Hotel is near the airport, and easy to get to the south side attraction, such as sunset town, cable car etc. We will definitely go back to Pullman again.

First the food in room service is very bad quality and overpriced. I've got sick and we had to use it but i preferred stay hungry then. Not enoug sunbeds at the beach: you should go to the beach not later then 8 am to get a couch. Only one person speaks good english at reception and is really helpful and nice guy named Felix. Other staff gives you wrong information and their english is hardly understandable. During the morning time they shower the grass and it smells with a toilet septic.
The breakfast is ok and location is perfect. The beach itself is probably the best at Phu Qu Ok

Wonderful resort ❤️ we really appreciated our stay at Dusit Princess resort. Modern & comfy bedrooms, very clean, calm. Excellent staff & service. The swimming pool is absolutely stunning, face to the sea, with an unforgettable sunset in the evening. You can dine at the restaurant face to the beach. Very complete breakfast in the garden or indoors.

Great, great, great, great! I decided to come to Vietnam at the last minute, and Ctrip happened to have a hotel package, so I chose this one blindly. The hotel contacted me to arrange a pick-up at the airport. I arrived at the end of the alley at night. I couldn't see clearly at night, but it felt very quiet.
It was great in the morning! French architecture, small and elegant, not many rooms, but the public areas are very attentive! There are lush greenery all the way to the beach. The sea in Phu Quoc Island is clean and comfortable, with few people and quiet. The hotel's restaurant is so beautiful, with French architecture and French interiors, and the breakfast is exquisite and delicious. It can't be praised enough. I forgot to take pictures of the room. The main color is yellow, the decoration is purple, the French balcony, the bed curtains around the bed, and the wooden shutters. I really like it so much😘!
Super recommended! Phu Quoc Island is also a relaxing, comfortable and cost-effective travel destination!

We spent five nights here, and definitely will comeback. First we arrived earlier than the check-in time so they gave us towel card to spend time at the pool and beach area their pool and beach area is amazing the private beach has enough space for everyone pool also huge with restaurants (they said we can also do the same thing after check out if we need wait for our flight time)
The breakfast was soooooo AMAZING so many options, my favorite there was their noodles bar with different kinds of noodles every morning I was there 🤩
I requested for high floor and I got the top floor 😍great view with the ocean and the forest 🌳 the room is spacious and clean, tub is huge and they got everything I needed.
Their chocolate hour is a bit busy but not too bad, everyone can enjoy.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
People sometimes complain about food options from the restaurant and how remote the hotel is, we have no problem with that we usually grab to eat and watch Netflix in the room, also there is a really good restaurant and convenience store at the main gate you can go back and forth with the buggy, for getting around the island we use grab and it really affordable 👍🏼

It was a pleasant stay.
I got a sea view even I haven’t booked sea view room. It was an awesome surprise 🤓
The room is spacious with a nice balcony having a sitting area. But what I liked more was a BED!
I moved from another Accor hotel on the north of the island ( Movenpick) and the beds are in both hotels are the same- Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows. I slept like a baby and woke up without any pain in my back.
Not all hotels have such good pillows and soft beds in Asia. For me that’s very important to sleep on a good bed as I have neck and spine issues.
The breakfast is really good and has a lot of choice of Vietnamese, Indian, western options.
Swimming pool is soooo big and cool! Even has bar in the pool and small aqua park.
Hotel located at the one of the most beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc, the colour of the water is so turquoise and the sand is white. Little palm forest on the beach has a good sun protection, you don’t even need an umbrella 😇

Stayed in Building B, Deluxe Suite Ocean View, 3rd floor. The room was indeed beautiful and comfortable, but starting from 9 or 10 AM, extremely loud music with heavy bass made it impossible to sleep.
We had already paid for the airport transfer when booking. Before checking in, we communicated via messages that we would be changing hotels after checkout and not leaving Phu Quoc. (I thought we could take the shuttle to the airport and then head to our next hotel ourselves.) However, they insisted that I provide a flight number to arrange the shuttle. Later, they told me to arrange the timing with the front desk upon check-in.
When I checked in, I asked the front desk if we could be dropped off at our next hotel instead of the airport since it was along the way. They said OK, and there was no need to arrange the time in advance—we could confirm it on the checkout day. However, it turned out they were referring to the free VinBus, not the hotel's paid shuttle service that I had already paid for. The front desk staff at check-in completely misled us, and as a result, we were unable to use the hotel shuttle.
We noticed that the door lock kept beeping, and our keycard couldn’t open the door. We asked a hotel staff member to report the issue, assuming it would be fixed by the time we returned. However, when we got back at night, the problem was still there. I had to walk to the front desk again, and it seemed like no one had addressed our request, meaning it had been completely ignored. Finally, they helped us enter the room and told us the door lock battery was low and could only be fixed the next day.
We ordered room service for a late-night snack, but by early morning, I had diarrhea, and my girlfriend was vomiting. I was left completely drained and unable to continue our itinerary. When we reported this suspected food poisoning incident at checkout, the front desk simply said, ”Okay, we will pass on the message,” and that was it. No apology, no compensation.
Only the exterior looks five-star, but everything else fails miserably.

Great
GGBUDWThe room is spacious but kind of dated. Bed is comfy. The shower water pressure is good. There are US/Uk power points at both bedsides. However, there is no master switch to turn off the lights. The most weird design is the aircon. You can’t set above 19 or else it will auto turn off. Sometimes u just turn off by itself. Maybe this is the reason why there is a ceiling fan in the room. The breakfast is located in another building connected to the main building. The restaurant layout is beautiful and their varieties are much more than La Festa. The only issue is there many flies and few mosquitoes and even 2 birds inside the restaurant. Managed to kill one 1 fly and 1 mosquito. For the free shuttle bus service to the airport, the bus driver forgotten to call us at the lobby and the bus simply left with our luggage. Thankfully, they quickly arrange a car to send us to the airport and we managed to collect our luggage. Location is very near Vinwonder and there are shuttle bus services provided. Nevertheless, the pool is pretty nice.
AAnonymous UserCrowded breakfast buffet during CNY and it’s annoying with flies flying around the food all the time.
There were only a few SUP boards and sometimes I had to wait for one.
Some bikes were in bad conditions like flat tires or rusted wheels.
Extremely limited choices for in room dining!
Staff were generally helpful except one guy in the reception to whom I asked for the key to to the arrival and departure Lounge but he gave me an invalid one!

GGuest UserBuffet and dinner in hotel with reasonable price , we stayed for 5 nights in both seawview and city view room with good environment. Tried massage in hotel , the staff are nice but I like Thai massage more as the staff is not so professional. Shuttle bus for transportation to or return from hotel is good. However, only 2bottles of water supplied everyday, charged if u want more bottle of water which is not so good experience.
GGuest UserThe resort is fantastic! We love it so much! There is buggy service bring you to the beach and the sunset there is so beautiful! We will surely come back when ee visit Phu Quoc Island again.
GGuest UserLocated at the southernmost tip of Phu Quoc Island, you will need to spend a lot of time to explore other destinations.
I think it would be okay if you only travel to the southern part of Phu Quoc Island.
Because the resort is large, having to wait to get on the buggy was a bit inconvenient. (It is an unavoidable part.)
My child hurt his leg because the entrance to the swimming pool included in the villa was not clearly visible.
It would be nice if something could be done to ensure that the stairs are clearly distinguished.
The beach and sunset view from the pool was very nice.
JJulia KrI recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall good experience. The hotel grounds are large and beautiful, with a stunning beach that’s perfect for relaxing. The cleanliness was impressive, and the fitness center is fantastic—large, well-equipped, and a great place to work out.
However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The sunbeds by the beach are always taken, so we had to wake up early at around 6 AM to secure a spot. The ping-pong table was in poor condition, with broken paddles and a worn-out surface. There was also no animation or entertainment, even though we asked at the reception a few times. One of the billiard tables was missing pockets, making it impossible to play.
Another issue was with the tennis court. It's very hard to book a slot, as all evening times were fully booked, yet we often passed by the court in the evening and saw no one playing. Additionally, the room cleaning service repeatedly forgot to replenish the body lotion, which was a bit frustrating.
On the positive side, the safari park was amazing, and we appreciated the airport transfer service. Overall, it was a nice stay, but a few improvements could make the experience even better.
FFrederick Lo 123Excellent stay! The resort generously upgraded our room to a three-bedroom Villa for free although we did not ask for it. When we entered our villa, we were stunned by the spaciousness immediately, There were four washrooms, three bedrooms, a large private swimming pool, a decent kitchen, large dining area and living room, there were also two balconies on the first floor to view the sunset and feel the sea breeze during our 4-day stay.
The facilities were also amazing, the water was crystal clear in the beach, exceptional Vietnamese coffee supplied for breakfast, room service was quick and up to standard. The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was surprisingly fine.
In terms of negatives, the TV was relatively not big enough compared to the room size, there was no coffee machine, only some instant coffee sticks were provided in the villa, definitely not ideal for coffee lovers. Besides, the Italian restaurant in the resort didn't accept us to pay in cash, unfortunately our credit cards were left in the villa as we thought cash would be accepted. This was a bit annoying since cash of Vietnamese Dung is a legal tender, meaning you must accept it as means of payment by law (unless it is a stock transaction or big business acquisition or merger). After some difficult back-and-forth communications, the staff finally accepted that we could pay in cash, glad that they didn't break the law.
Overall great value for money, during our trip we have stayed in three different resorts and this one was obviously the best ones in almost every aspect. Highly recommended If you would like to have an affordable luxurious experience without breaking the bank.
GGuest UserOverall experience is good. The location is about 15 mins from airport and there's a small night market opposite to the hotel, makes it easy to get something to eat.
The room was okay, the cleanliness needs much more improvement, under the bed was full of dirts and water glasses is visibly dirty. The room is not sound proof at all, we can hear people walking and talking in the hallway and kids playing and screaming from the pool.
Breakfast buffet is great, we love the asian variety. The pool is large, plenty of spaces for kids to play. The kids club is small and the toys look worn out, not recommended.

GGuest Userloved their property with all trees and flowers + cute pool and beach in front, wooden house and stone bath tub.
but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian.

JJune Yoon YiI visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.
