We are sorry to hear about the water pressure issue, but if you had mentioned it during your stay, we could have addressed it, as the water pressure can be adjusted. Our cleaning hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM, as is standard in most large hotels. However, if you preferred a specific time for your villa to be cleaned, we would have been happy to accommodate your request.As for security, our property is equipped with surveillance cameras. There is no need for additional fences, as our entire complex is well-monitored. In the entire history of our property, we have had no incidents. Could you please clarify your concerns? Each villa has both large and small gates that can be securely locked, and all doors in the villa are also lockable.We hope this explanation provides you with reassurance and we remain committed to ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
