Marriott's Mai Khao Resort - Phuket Reviews

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! Our two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. One of the highlights was the master bathroom, which featured a huge tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The pool area was another great aspect; it wasn't too crowded, and the shaded spots made it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the sun. The best part of our stay, however, was the beautiful beach. Although it was just a short walk from the hotel, it felt like a hidden gem. The beach was not crowded at all, and the calm waves created a serene atmosphere. It was truly a stunning location! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another visit!

All was good but the first day they try by All means to make you buy 10000 bath and they give you 2000 bath which not included any discount so you can’t really use it because I am a Marriott member , it was really a scam for me and I was very very upset and angry and I will never book this hotel again plus the activities they do mostly in the hotel you can check are either 7 am which is not logic for a vacation or either for half an hour around 6 pm which doesn’t make sense half an hour , and the hôtel after 7 pm nothing to do zero activity and nothing for kids . But cleaning and service are good and the room also very good

Friendly staff and good amenities. Bedroom size is quite big with washing machine and drying.

Great relaxing stay for the family. We enjoyed the activities and time by the pool. Lots of restaurants nearby and the option to cook in the apartment too! Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. 

We could have stayed the greatful vacation. The staff was very friendly and accommondating. We were satisfied with the pools, kidclub, and other hotel activities. I very appreciate everyone.

Beautiful resort, room was huge and clean, enjoyed every minute of my stay, only downside is that the location is slightly further from Patong and Phuket Town but I will definitely book again

The best stay I ever had. The staff is so sweet and kind. The hotel literally has everything you don't even need to step outside.

The usual Marriot quality - very good! The only disappointment was the beach, no chaise longs and umbrellas on sand. Only a few meters away closer to hotel pool area.

Excellent resort to stay with Family, if you want a quieter and relaxing holiday. The staff are extremely helpful. The family apartment with two bed rooms , and a living room was fully equipped with items needed for daily life. We prepared our own breakfast and this gave us a home feeling . We were 100 % Satisfied with the hotel. For young couple or singles , the area maybe too quiet with very little night life.

The resort has a lot of activities for young kids. The facility is well maintained. The room is super big and there is a washing machine inside. The staff are very nice and we have enjoyed it a lot.

Beautiful resort with convenient family amenities and activities, can literally spend the whole vacation without having to leave the resort.
