Let me clarify.Your room was perfectly clean at the check in, you checked in 6.30PM...My receptionist explained you everything, also that our reception close at 8.00PM.So you have stayed in your room until 8.30PM, and than came to my night staff who doesnt speak good english and so you can have reason to complain about her english? Well done really. Anyway you have stayed for a night.The next morning when you complained to me i have personally checked with my main maid, who is working with me for 7 years, she was the one cleaning your room and prepare for your check in.Since 11 years since we opened, we never left dirty toilet for check in. NEVER. In the morning when you complaint about it my receptionist went with you to your room to check what was wrong, didnt see dirty toilet, about hot water she just wanted to check the fuse because sometimes get off and just need to on it again, you did not allow her to do anything !!!! You just wanted to change the room, but unfortunatelly we didnt had any more rooms left.If you didnt like the room size or hotel location or someting else you should just speak to us directly, but lieing and finding our mistakes with that kind arrogancy and on the end leave 1 star review for staying at our hotel less than 15 hours ?? Common really...Of course i charged you for one night, you have stayed in our room, everything was fine. For the second night that you didnt stay i had approved the refund by ******* (which believe me many properties would not do it)Tim (the manager)
