There is a steep slope to royal wing which is inconvenient for elderly as well as pushing the luggage. Housekeeping was slow. Room is still not cleaned at ard 3.30pm. Do not stay here if you can't stand the loud music.

Lovely view from the room ( we were on the 9th Floor). Neat and tidy, good breakfast, and very close to the parties at Patong. We had a great stay, will stay here again
Tip: Go to the sky lounge on 24th floor to watch the sunset

Great location to party with your friends or partner!! Surrounded by bustling fun and shows. Hotel room is spacious and clean, staff is helpful too. Breakfast is about the same everyday, but not too bad~ Will come back here next time!

Good location with the Beach, Bangla Road and plenty of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.
Very comfortable bed.
Housekeeping seemed slow by comparison to other hotels, but was done by late afternoon. Sliding panels between bathroom and bedroom are a negative, as you hear everything!
Overall though a plus and I would stay again.

Lovely hotel and pool , room was great , very very nice bed I think only down side for me and I probs should of said because it’s close to two mange drag bars that Go on till 1-2am is kinda kept me awake for being up at 6am to leave so next time will ask to be other side of hotel so away from the club side ,
But was lovely stay
