Our room experienced an issue with the air conditioning. Despite two visits from the technician, the problem remained unresolved. As an apology, we were offered an upgrade to a different room type. All room has a beautiful sunset view.
Breakfast buffet line is great.
Mascot of the hotel is too cute. (woay-y, the octopus)

It’s a modern hotel with nice internal design, even with its own App for us to reach out to them
Buggy is 24/7 available. Nice, yummy breakfast
There’s a hilltop and Starbucks on the hilltop, can watch sunrise and sea view😍
Private swimming pool is ++ plus too.

Really nice environment. The service was great. The room was very clean. The staff was really nice and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and the view from everywhere in the hotel.

The hotel was truly luxurious, just as advertised. I was very impressed with the service, and having a private pool with a stunning sea view was absolutely amazing. However, the location was a bit isolated—aside from Sinea Hotel, there wasn’t much nearby, and it’s not a walkable area. Overall, it’s perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful and upscale retreat!

Hotel is a 10 minute drive to old town
Service and room were very nice, and the hilltop cafe which serves Starbucks coffee had a real nice view with a cool breeze
At check in you will download an app that enables you to call buggy, room service, etc etc. you will require a buggy where ever you go as the hotel is located on a mountain and the hotel area is very steep
