Breakfast is very good and a solid variety. Rooms. I had some issues with ants but housekeeping took care of it. The staff are friendly and kind. The hotel gave a gift card for a kg of fruit for our three-night stay. Shuttle service is needed as the rooms are a little far from reception but I think people with special needs may experience a challenge getting on and off. Check-in and check-out weren't bad. It took about ten minutes. We had a nice room with a great view. I would recommend this accommodation for families and couples. It's professional and affordable.

Amazing Stay at Beyond Patong! I had a fantastic stay at Beyond Patong from July 27–31, 2025. The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location—just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a great view of the pool and ocean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after exploring Phuket. Trip.com made the entire booking process seamless. The confirmation was instant, the price was reasonable (CNY 3,182.88 for 4 nights), and everything went exactly as expected. I highly recommend both Beyond Patong and Trip.com for a hassle-free vacation experience. Will definitely book again!

Ok hotel. Interior feels a bit worn. Shower head pressure is poor. Hotel pool bar underdoing renovation, may cause some noise disturbances in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at Sawaddi Patong! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The housekeeper name Mae, really did a good job to my room. It was spotless clean and smell nice everytime we came back from our tour/activity. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help - especially the staff name Ngo! I came with my 12 year old son. When i had to urgently grab something from the 7/11 store nearby, my son still wanted to swim at the swimming pool. I asked Ngo to help me lookout for my son. He willingly helped me by running back and forth the concierge, attending to guest and swimming pool, to lookout for my son. I was so pleased with him and I even looked for him at the resort upon checkout, just to tip him and thank him before leaving. My son was very happy throughout the entire stay here. He enjoyed the 2 big swimming pools especially! Appreciated the smooth check-in process when we arrived at late night. The bed is so comfy and im always ready to jump on it after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a good variety of options. The location is convenient, close to public transport and popular attractions. They provide shuttle service to patong beach. Must book in advance. Well most importantly, I feel safe here. All the staff know us and I dont have to worry of my son roaming around on his own at the resort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend this!

The hotel itself is nice, with a clean and pleasant environment. It's also conveniently located with a 7-Eleven just across the street. However, the location can be quite difficult to find — most Bolt drivers struggled to locate it. During the first two days of our stay, we experienced something unsettling. Despite placing a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, we noticed signs that someone had used the toilet in my friend's room — there was used toilet paper in the bowl, and the curtains were drawn open, even though my friend had left them closed. Thankfully, nothing was missing from the room. We reported it to the management, and the manager checked the CCTV footage but claimed that no one had entered the room. It was a disturbing experience, to say the least. That said, aside from this incident, the hotel offers a comfortable and tidy atmosphere. With some improvements to security and clarity around guest privacy, it would be a much better experience overall.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort was wonderful. The resort’s location is perfect – just steps from Patong Beach and a short stroll to the vibrant Bangla Road nightlife, yet it manages to feel like a peaceful oasis. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and the signature DoubleTree cookie, setting the tone for a welcoming experience. Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a balcony overlooking one of the beautiful pools. The bed was plush and comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. Speaking of pools, the resort has three gorgeous swimming pools (each with a swim-up bar), so finding a spot to relax was never an issue. We started each day with a lavish breakfast buffet offering Thai and international dishes – everything was fresh and delicious. The on-site dining options were excellent, and a relaxing visit to the spa was a highlight of our stay. Above all, the service was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help – they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket, and I can’t wait to return.

Great location to party with your friends or partner!! Surrounded by bustling fun and shows. Hotel room is spacious and clean, staff is helpful too. Breakfast is about the same everyday, but not too bad~ Will come back here next time!

Wonderful Stay with Great Comforts and Service I had a fantastic stay at Four Points Patong, Phuket. Check-in was smooth and efficient, making for a great first impression. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep every day. The hotel gym is well equipped, perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. The infinity pool was a real highlight – it offers a stunning view and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the service at the restaurant was excellent throughout our stay. The only slight downside is that the hotel is a bit removed from the more lively, central area of Patong. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that’s still within reach of the action, this is a great choice. Highly recommend for both couples and families!

Excellent hotel with great service. We landed in Phuket early and they let us store our luggage first, and loaned umbrellas as it was raining heavily. Also got a free room upgrade! The rooms were spacious. We also ate at the restaurant for their BBQ night, which included steak, skewers and drinks. The location is at the heart of the Patong district, and near the beach. Only bad thing is that it’s far away from the airport so we had to leave earlier for our flight, but it can’t be helped.
