Such a gem!!! Hospitality at the finest!!! Great location. Check in was easy and friendly. Our room was on the first floor so it was nice to be able to walk out to our car. The room was extremely clean and spacious. It even had a fridge and a kurig machine. I walked the grounds and took pictures of the fun statues all around the property. The plants and flowers were also beautiful!!! In the lobby they have donuts, lemonade, coffee and hot cocoa avail all the times. They also give you a voucher for a stack of pancakes and coffee for breakfast. Next time we come to pigeon forge we will definitely stay here again. We loved it from inside to out!!!!!

Well, We fell for the glowing ******* reviews on this one. This was definitely a you get what you pay for experience. The room was such a deal, we paid extra for a mountain view room and the view from all the rooms were the same view of the run down motel next door. The grounds were not well kept and the river side area was just overgrown grass with a junky picnic table. The ice maker was a pile of junk sitting by the elevator. Our room had a smoking/sitting area outside of our window that made our room smell of smoke. There were shipping containers all along the parking lot along with a big open dumpster that smelled terrible. The towels were the thinnest cheapest towels they could find. The windows did not have curtains (only blinds) so the overhead light from the walking area glared in our room all night. You could not tell if it was night or morning. The “free”breakfast is only pancakes at the restaurant across the street, to upgrade to the buffet is $6. The buffet was ok at best. We all just felt dirty the entire stay and could not wait to get out of that place. The only positive was that the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend this hotel/motel to anyone.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it was a great stay. House keeping was on seems like 24 /7 so it’s a clean place. Rooms need a little upgrade but it’s a good place to stay . I would recommend this place.

This hotel is great for families. This is the first time traveling with a pet, and they were so accommodating. The area down by the river is great for pet-walking. We enjoyed the fire pit on Sunday night where they had live music and s’mores. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool/hot tub, but it was nice to know it is heated year round. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The only suggestion I would make is the need for additional outlets/usb ports. Otherwise, excellent!

I’ve been staying here every year for about 5 years. This is my favorite Pigeon Forge property. I had to change my reservation and push it out a week so I wasn’t able to get the “best room in the Smokies” which is the River View balcony room but I did get the Suite with a fire place and MASSIVE whirlpool tub. I think I liked this room better except it was on the first floor. The room # 111 needs a room darkening blind due to cars moving in or out when I was trying to sleep. The blinds didn’t do a great job of blocking the lights. That is my only suggestion for improvement. There was a plumbing issue that needed attention on the day after arrival but we received notification before we had even checked in. That was great so it we had time to plan around the scheduled maintenance. Again, this is my favorite place to stay in the Smokies and it’s worth every penny!

We spent 4 nights here enjoying the area. The hotel is on the main ***** in Pigeon Forge. The Island is up the hill behind the property. The room was large with 2 queen beds that were comfortable. TV had plenty of channels. Had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Ice machine on each floor. The only negative was the fan in the bathroom comes on with the light and it’s loud. The shower has a tub so you have to step over the tub to get in. The property is nice with outdoor seating outside your room. The is also a pavilion that has ping pong and a fire pit. Live music a few nights a week. Saw some kids fishing. The is an outdoor pool and hot tub. Property is well maintained. Lobby has coffee, tea, hot chocolate, lemonade, water, donuts and fruit available included. They also give you vouchers for breakfasts Reagan’s pancake house across the street! Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend and will stay again!
