Well, We fell for the glowing ******* reviews on this one. This was definitely a you get what you pay for experience. The room was such a deal, we paid extra for a mountain view room and the view from all the rooms were the same view of the run down motel next door. The grounds were not well kept and the river side area was just overgrown grass with a junky picnic table. The ice maker was a pile of junk sitting by the elevator. Our room had a smoking/sitting area outside of our window that made our room smell of smoke. There were shipping containers all along the parking lot along with a big open dumpster that smelled terrible. The towels were the thinnest cheapest towels they could find. The windows did not have curtains (only blinds) so the overhead light from the walking area glared in our room all night. You could not tell if it was night or morning. The “free”breakfast is only pancakes at the restaurant across the street, to upgrade to the buffet is $6. The buffet was ok at best. We all just felt dirty the entire stay and could not wait to get out of that place. The only positive was that the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend this hotel/motel to anyone.

We enjoyed everything. The housekeeping staff were top tier. We really enjoyed bonfire bill as well ❤️ the view was beautiful

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can walk across the bridge to the island. We go several times a year and this is the only place we stay.we recommend the Arbors to anyone. If you are looking for a stress free place to stay this is the place.

We decided to stay at this motel on the recommendation of my daughter. Unfortunately we did not have the experience that she had. The bathroom had been updated which was a plus. The shower was very nice and had a rain head shower. The sink was nice but did not leave much room for your things. The sink shares the vanity with the microwave and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable but nothing to get too excited about. They only provide three hangers in a room that can accomodate up to four people. It would have been nice to be able to hang everything up. My biggest issue was the fact that when I checked in the charged my card for the entire stay rather than just an authorization until checkout. They had already charged my card a deposit prior to arrival. Most hotels authorize the credit card at checkin and do not actually charge the card until checkout. The provide coffee, donuts, juices and then snacks in the afternoon in the lobby such as it is. Not sure if I will return to this motel again.

Very nice hotel with welcoming staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included at restaurant across the street is a nice perk and good every day. Has multiple shops and restaurants to walk to with sidewalks. Also, short walk to the Island and River Walk. We were hoping for a less commercialized area and close to the mountains but unfortunately this area of Pigeon Forge is very commercialized and a lot of light pollution. Also, it's about 20-30 minute drive to the mountains and Gatlinburg. We will not stay in this area again because of the commercialization but if you're looking in this area it's a great little hotel with family friendly activities.

Such a sweet place! It's our favorite little spot. It's so comfortable and there's just so much to see on the property. Randy in the office is always just amazing and goes above and beyond to help and just be a fun person to chat with while visiting. Campfire Bill and his nightly entertainment was such a relaxing way to end the day. My husband and I enjoyed our time chatting with him and singing along. I told him he should just go by "Arbor Bill" hahaha. We've had such a great trip to the Arbor once again!
