Everyone here were so nice and friendly. Anything you wanted to know about they could tell you. I was exciting to have a heated pool and very enjoyable. The rooms are very clean and neat. The location was great for us. Close to all our favorite things to do.

One of the best places to stay in Pigeon Forge. Perfect location, very reasonably priced, the staff could not be beat, they were all wonderful and very helpful..We most definitely will be back..Our experience here was 10 out of 10. Very clean when you walk in the room all you smell is clean.

You can’t beat the FAMILY TOUCH!! The motel was super clean, the cleaning staff done a fantastic job! Loved the idea of supporting a family owned business! I’ve never stayed in a motel with recliners to watch tv, usually you just have the bed to sit on!! Loved that. Close to Lots of restaurants and activities!

We really like this hotel. It's an older hotel but they keep it nice. It's also American owned and operated. You don't see that much anymore. The only thing we didn't really like is the bathroom was a little small but we managed. The staff are really friendly and the prices are good.

We love mountain breeze.Have been coming here for years. Great place to stay. Always clean and comfortable.Staff is always friendly and helpful. Ned’s are comfortable. Great location on the *****. Very reasonable prices for the cleanliness and quality of the rooms . Will be back.

Our room was really clean, spacious and smelt good. Really a great price for a great location. We were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted to go, lots of options for food places in the area. The ladies who checked me in were very sweet. Love that there is reclining love seats in our room, that way my husband can sleep and I can stay up and watch TV. Definitely will be visiting again.

We took our kids on their first family vacation out of state and decided to stay at a local mom and pop. Boy were we NOT disappointed, this is the best little place, the rooms were so clean, the beds were comfortable, everyone was so friendly, and the cookies and popcorn were a favorite of our kiddos. We had been worried our kids waking at night might wake someone or someone else wake our kiddos but this inn has solid walls and it was a very peaceful and quiet stay despite it being packed. The location was great we were able to get to everything we wanted in minutes. The price for all you get is fabulous, and super friendly to families on a budget, we will definitely be coming to stay again. The only issue we had was parking but it was a very busy week when we stayed.

A very large room, a large flatscreen television, a table and a double recliner in our room. The bathroom was clean and up-to-date. Plenty of towels didn’t have to ask for anything. They gave you free Krispy Kreme, doughnuts and cookies and popcorn and free coffee a great rate, right off of the parkway. Pool was nice, towels were close by and lots of security cameras noted everywhere. I will definitely stay here again.

Love this family owned motel.Very clean friendly staff.Has a smoking section, Close enough to everything. Pool is awesome. Can't say enough good things about this motel.The beds are comfortable. We had a King room with a nice couch and tables.
