They didn’t have the correct shampoo is a bathroom so we had to go down to get a new bottle then we discovered that there wasn’t any conditioner in the conditioner bottle then we discovered that all three USB ports don’t work then the coffee the room is terrible that going down to the restaurant. There’s free coffee there but it’s course empty. There’s nobody to refill it. The room is rather noisy because it’s by the freeway.

We attempted to stay at this location in late January. When we arrived, the front portico was collapsed and was barricaded; signs directed us to a side entrance. Despite having informed the hotel that we would be arriving late, the side entrance was locked and there was no bell or other way to get hold of the front desk (they did not answer their phone) and we waited outside for 10 minutes in ten-degree weather to be let in. The lobby floor was strewn with trash (dirty tissues, food wrappers) that the agent front desk claimed was "because of the snow." The agent assured us that the room was clean. The room was not clean - dirt on the floor and in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and asked for a refund as we were going to be staying elsewhere. Front desk staff gave us a hard time about this, and provided dishonest information about the procedure needed to obtain a refund. It ultimately took five phone calls and over an hour of our time to get the refund (assuming we do get it in the end.) On one of the phone calls to Hilton customer service, the agent had a dog barking in the background (I guess they WFH.) We ended up staying at a different property (not a Hilton one) in downtown Baltimore which was lovely.

Great hotel!! Location is right off the highway making it easy to get around, and an excellent value. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and very clean. The staff is very friendly, everyone from engineering to housekeeping saying good morning and let us know to call if we needed anything. Especially accommodating and helpful was the night front desk manager Vishnu making our stay memorable, definitely a standout employee at this property. Vishnu, Nida , and Brenda, in the restaurant represent the property and brand extremely well. 5 stars, this is my new go to hotel in the area.

My stay has been excellent. My room is clean and beautiful, I love it here. I’m 88yo and it’s spacious and I have room to walk

My experience was wonderful ! The staff was awesome they treated me with care and respect. The room was awesome with no complaints. It’s was spacious enough for me to do many things . My bed and bathroom were spotless. I have absolutely no complaints.

Attractive functional room. Both the hotel and the room were clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

My AC in my room was not working it was freezing cold and barely I could sleep I called Customer Service and room service of no answer and in the morning I went downstairs, spoke with the girl and front desk and she promised to have a manager will call me, but he never did.

the room was very cold and the bed sheets did not look clean and there wasn't a continental like it was suppose to be i was told there would be continental breakfast between 6am and 11am but there wasn't any.

Unfortunately, my room had not yet been cleaned despite my request, and there was still garbage from the day before in the room. Additionally, an alarm goes off every morning at 3:00 a.m., which has been very disruptive. The television was not working upon our arrival and required a technician visit the following morning. The microwave is also not clean enough to safely warm food. Overall, this has not been a satisfactory stay.
