The property is very nice clean and the care takers are exceptionally helpful and supportive. Overall we liked the experience. This property gives value for money. The swimming pool could have been a little bigger though it has been maintained very well.

Outstanding Experience!
Excellent villa with contemporary, plush and elegant design. Large size bedrooms with great sunlight were delightful. Plenty of space for up to 10 guests. There is also dedicated parking, lift and swimming pool for each villa which exceeded our expectations. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a party of 6 to 10 people.

The villa is huge, clean and very family friendly. The househelp is also friendly. It is well maintained and is an awesome place to relax and spend leisure time. The lift within the villa is the highlight and makes the villa luxurious.

MUST VISIT!! It was an amazing stay in Lotus & Orchid Villas - Ramnath and the host was really welcoming. The place was kept clean and tidy, and the rooms were beautifully designed which gave us a sense of comfort and luxury, at an affordable price too :) We had a swimming pool too which was a true oasis of relaxation and the best way to unwind after a tiring day. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa. Can't wait to be back :)

Our group of college friends planned a reunion at Goa and we stayed in this villa for 3 days. This has to be one of the best villas in Goa at its price range. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and all the amenities were extremely well maintained. The caretaker Mr Biju was also very helpful and took care of all our needs. If you are a large group looking for a luxurious villa at a decent budget you should definitely go for Lotus Villa.

Loved staying at the Lotus and orchid villa in porvorim. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the villa has all the modern ammenities. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to book the same villa next time as well.

We had a great exp. The host is great and we had a fatastic time . The villa is great and well maintained. The cars take have also taken care of us great. The boat is just a phone call away. It is worth.

It is a great stay for us in Lotus villa. Located in a calm and soothing neighbourhood. Location, quality of the property and service from the staffs are really great. Looking forward to come back again. It’s a must try for all fellow tourists.
