Best Baltic Panemune Castle

If you want a stay which is out of ordinary in Lithuania, stay in Best Baltic Panemunė! The hotel is in medieval castle – there are even firing ports in the rooms! Rooms are furnished with antique furniture and decorations. However, mattresses and pillows are very modern and comfortable, bed linen and towels very clean, bathroom installations of excellent quality. The only problem may be beds for taller people – in olden times people were shorter, so if one is over 175 cm, there might be some inconvenience. Breakfast was good, dinner that I had at the hotel restaurant was excellent, even though I arrived almost at the closure time, they managed to make some very delicious food. Do not forget to have a good walk around – there is a nice park and views of the castle are amazing.
