House Rules:If you do decide to stay at our lovely home, we do charge the following fees separately after you book:1) Refundable Security Deposit - $500. We recommend paying this with a credit card since it will only be a hold placed on your card during your reservation. If you pay with a debit card or direct ACH transfer, the money will be withdrawn from your account 3 days before check-in and refunded 3 days afterwards upon successful inspection of the premises. 2) Dogs - $100/dog per reservation. We allow up to three dogs per reservation to be paid after booking. Being this beach property is considered residential, it’s less crowed on the beaches allowing families to comfortably space out. So, run away and come relax on the beach! The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed that can sleep up to 3 children conformably. Downstairs you will find a specious living room where everyone can enjoy games or even relax with a movie night. For easy access, the television is preset to offer free access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO MAX and basic cable for additional enjoyment. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for extra space. A maximum of 6 guest is recommended. This unit also does not allow pets. There is no smoking allowed inside the townhouse.  Linens and towels will be provided for your convenience but you will have to provide your own beach towels. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit.  There are two parking spaces available, located directly in front of the unit.
