Rooms very tiny for a family, worse than a Travelodge. Food limited for dinner but a little more at breakfast. Staff not very friendly or interested in helping to provide support on dietary requirements.

Très belle vue , hôtel propre

Hemos Estado muy agusto, no escuchamos a las personas de las otras habitaciones la atención de recepción súper bien. Repetiremos segurisimo

酒店房間比較小，設施比較簡陋，連燒水壺都沒有，衞生也一般，最奇葩的是退房時間居然是上午十點！

Beautiful location, high rise clean building . Pool on top (8th) floor- cold & windy as expected. No umbrellas though! Bar not open on top so 7 floor climb with drinks. Pool area never cleaned, so plenty of smears on glass & fag butts! Also fish smell from extractor.View is spectacular as photos show. Hotel staff (bar & resturant) rude & unhelpful. Only 2 drinks at a time & restictions on all inc drinks. Food~ resturant, though clean was dark, supressive & cramped. Fish smell throughout week. Aside from the lady on the grill, other staff were unfriendly & rude- especially the one on the door to allow entry. If you like to take food out/up to room etc, forget it! You can only eat in there. If you are Spanish you are looked after & catered for no end. If you like fish (including wearing it), this is the place for you. Food & staff let this place down. On mentioning an issue with smell of smoke in thier room, our friend was told "you book budget,you get budget!" Says it all. Other 4 star hotels in area look far better, so research. Beach stunning, though recommend beach shoes. Airport small & really helpful. No issues with location or local amenities.

La estancia, el hotel, la habitación y todo en general perfecto.. La comida muy buena y la atención recibida también (a excepción del jefe de camareros del bar que nos gritó y nos trató fatal por equivocarnos de puerta). Pero eso no dejamos que nos arruinara la estancia que fue perfecta.

Personal muy atento y muy agradables, el buffet regular los primeros días mejor y los últimos peor. El hotel antiguo, necesita actualizarse , las ventanas ,insonorización entre habitaciones etcétera . Servicio de limpieza de habitaciones muy bien

Viaje con el Imserso. Habitación amplia y con camas muy cómodas. Baño correcto. Comida estupenda mucha variación y muy bien guisada. Era un viaje cultural así que aunque tiene una ubicación perfecta para la playa este no era nuestro caso y menos en Marzo.

We returned to this hotel for the umpteenth time for 2 weeks all inclusive. (September 24) We had 14 fun filled days and nights. Hotel is perfectly situated, super clean, has fantastic staff, food and drink. We have already booked to return later this year so think that says it all. .. The Animation team were AMAZING 👏 🤩

Beds are comfortable and rooms very clean, have shower over the bath. Friendly staff and very helpful. Food average for all inclusive plenty of choices. Pool roof top fabulous with bar and plenty of sun loungers. Entertainment at night okay. Have a kids small pool too.

Thieves Awful. Absolutely awful. Horrendous hotel, horrendous conditions. The staff are beyond incompetent. They attempted to scam me out if 150 euros. It was only when I threatened legal action, they processed my refund. The hotel carers to a lot of elderly people and those with additional needs, who are in no position to defend themselves against these scams. Avoid at all costs and stay somewhere else

Hotel correct près de la plage Hotel correct, en bord de mer ( avec la voie ferrée entre les deux, comme en Catalogne), très mal insonorisé , literie correcte sans grand confort,personnel gentil

Hôtel sympa Hôtel propre, confortable, à proximité immédiate de la mer. Piscine un peu petite pour la taille de l’hôtel, le spa est payant 5€ par personne qui pourrait être offert aux clients. Les menus du restaurant sont variés et il y a pas mal de choix

Bon séjour Bonjour notre séjour a été satisfaisant. Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute des demandes qui lui sont faites. L’hôtel est très convenable même si il est vieillissant. La salle de bain n’est pas commode, cabine de douche très étroite et baignoire avec paroi vitrée qui n’autorise pas trop de mouvements non plus.
