Myself and my partner stayed here for 4 nights 2nd-6th May. We arrived at around 21:30 to be told the food area was closed but they had put food in our room for us which we thought was a nice touch. How wrong we were. My partner bit into what looked like a chicken cutlet completely RAW. When we took it down to reception their response was ‘the chef was no longer working to cook anymore’ we obviously didn’t want anything more after that. We had booked all inclusive but to our surprise when we got there that did not mean everything (alcohol wise). There were two types of all inclusive bands. Premium meant you were limited to what drinks you can have. Gold you can have everything. We booked through love holidays and assumed all inclusive meant all inclusive. There was no option to upgrade to gold when we initially booked. Food was average, pretty much the same thing everyday & nothing could be taken outside of the dining room. Breakfast is from 7:30-10, although on the Pineda palace website it states that there is a roof top bar serving drinks & snacks from 10:30. This is false information as the rooftop bar is only open during peak times ‘June-September’ which meant having to go down 8 floors to the bottom floor to get drinks to have by the pool. Not great when only 1 lift was working. The pool area did not have any umbrellas and looks nothing like the photos online, a lot smaller in fact and very shallow. The room was advertised as an air conditioned room, that was not the case. The aircon was turned off throughout the hotel as it was not ‘hot enough’ for it to be on apparently, although the room was uncomfortably hot to sleep in. We went to reception to complain that they should not advertise the room as air conditioned if they turn the aircon off. Had we known all of this we probably wouldn’t have booked to stay here. On a brighter note, the rooms were clean & the bar staff & waiters/waitress were great. Drinks were generous. The hotel is across the road from a beautiful beach & has plenty of places around to eat/drink. Mala Pekora - Italian D tapeo - Tapas Indian Palace - Indian All within walking distance of the hotel and 100% recommend. The hotel also has a sauna area which you can book for an hour at a cost of €5pp. This was quite nice and relaxing.

Witam wybór miejsca jak i hotelu super, pokoje czyste przestronne. Jedzenie smaczne, duży wybór, codziennie coś innego. Blisko plaży, Plaza szeroka, czysta. Blisko do centrum. Wieczorami muzyka na żywo. Pobyt jak najbardziej w tym miejscu 10/10

Service is great. Food excellent. Lot of choices, there is something for everybody and everything is great. WiFi reaching out to the beach. Beach is really near. You can get beach towels with the deposit. Rooms are clean. We are really satisfied.

Les photos sont bien plus belles que la réalité. Chambre toute petite très loin des supposés 22 m2 de la chambre triple normalement réservée. Heureusement qu’il y a des restaurants à côté car le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas agréable et le buffet est médiocre. Mais le pire c’est le bruit. Malgré notre chambre au 7eme étage il nous était impossible d’entendre la télévision et encore moins de dormir. Les animations durent jusqu’à 23h30 et qu’on le veuille ou non on a pas eu d’autre choix que de les subir, après 10h de route c’était un peu compliqué le premier soir. Très très déçu, car il n’y a rien pour compenser ces désagréments…

We stayed here for 1 week. The location within the resort is great, right across from the beach, with the train station, shops and cafes all within minutes walk away. The thing we loved about this hotel is the super friendly staff, with the exception of the restaurant manager, who was always surly, everyone was great, smiling and chatty. Our room was nice, with plenty of space and it was cleaned well daily. The public areas were also always clean and tidy. We liked the rooftop pool and terrace, using it every evening after 9pm when it was adults only. The views both over to the sea and over to the mountains were beautiful and we found it a very peaceful place to relax at night. For those wanting a more lively evening there was daily entertainment downstairs on the terrace, including a mini disco for the children. The thing that stopped this hotel from being 4 star for us was the food and the poor all inclusive package. The buffet offerings were hit and miss, some of the themed nights, such as the Chinese and Mexican were good, but a couple of nights we struggled to find something we really liked. We found the dessert offerings and breakfast cakes/ pastries quite cheap quality. The burgers and hotdogs which were available every meal were also the very basic, cheap types. We chose to eat out the last couple of evenings. The all inclusive option we were sold was also misleading. Only 1 cocktail option per night was offered, all other cocktails had supplements to be paid. Slush drinks for children were not included and only very cheap tasting unbranded ice cream tubs or ice pops were free. Better ice creams and snacks were available but again had to be paid for. None of this is made clear before booking and several other families at the resort we chatted to felt cheated as we did. The bar was open till 1am, but all inclusive ended at 11pm. The all inclusive guests were a bit like second class citizens, paying guests had coffee freshly made by staff at bar, served with a chocolate on side, all inclusive had to self serve from a machine, ( no chocolate) which was turned off at 11pm and not turned back on until 10am. We noticed the paying guests also had their alcoholic drinks presented nicely while the free cocktails and drinks had no embellishments.

Bonjour, Nous sommes très déçu de cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. 1 Niveau du buffet, des plats préparé et aux quels que tout le monde ne mange pas. Beaucoup de plat végétarien, en viande 2 viandes en présentation dont hamburger qu’on achète en magasin congelé ! Des saucisses pour hot dog! Rien de plus ! Mise à par une petite viande steak minute proposé au dîner waouh par énorme à peine cuit et pas à saisonnier ! Frites également pas cuite ! Du vite fait ! Quant aux boissons elles sont coupé à l’eau ! Niveau desserts absolument rien à par fruits, niveau glace dans des petites pots comme macdo! Pas de choix nous avons pas été libre de la faire soi même ! Le pain sec et dur, pas de la nourriture fraîche chaque jour ! Pâtée froide, sauce bolognaise c’était du concentré de tomate coupe à l’eau sans retiré l’acidité mon mal de ventre s’en rappel! 2 Niveau all inclusive, ils disent jusqu’à 23h30, faux sur place à 23h ils ferment après nous devons payer! Honteux ! Pas le droit d’avoir une bouteille d’eau il faut payer même en journée ! Si on veut boire dans notre chambre nous devons monter avec des gobelets pas droit à une bouteille ! Alors que cela reviendrait au même ! Nous avons quand même payé pour all inclusive premium cela est la même chose pour ceux en gold. Si on veut un chips, hot dog ou autre proposé au bar nous devons payer & ainsi pour ceux en gold ! C’est honteux ! 3 Niveau piscine pas grande ni profonde 1,06m à 90cm, pas de plongeons, pas de bouée, rien au final à par nager et assise! Bon bouée on peut comprendre piscine sur le toit avec le vent sa peut voler. Plonger on comprend ayant que 1,06m à 90cm d’eau les conséquences peut être dramatique ! Ce qui est transat pas de place pour s’installer ils sont tous coller l’un à l’autre compliqué de si mettre ! Parasols ils doivent être mit au plus bas donc nous devons rester coucher pas question de sécher exemple debout en dessous sinon on se fait réprimander! Alors bouée interdit mais des enfants peuvent incompréhensibles plonger les enfants peuvent apparemment personne ne leur a rien dit ! Pas accueillant mise à par 2 3 personnes qui sont vraiment chouette et qui nous a mit à l’aise ! 4 Ils disent ville touristique, nous avons pas trouvé cela vrai, plutôt morte le soir ! Magasin fermé tôt ! Malgrat de mar comme Lloret de mar tous les magasins ouvert en journée comme en soirée jusqu’à vraiment bien tard ! Chouette ses endroits bien touristiques d’ailleurs ! 5 Niveau nettoyage des chambres je trouve honteux que les draps ne soient pas changer quand nous avons désiré le nettoyage de notre chambre ! Lit bien refait mais drap non changer ! HONTEUX nous avons transpirer tout de même ! Nous avons décidé d’enlever les draps et les mettre parterre afin qu’ils comprennent qu’un lit sa se change surtout dans un hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles ! Surprit sur le drap de lit des taches d’urine! Nous avons dormi dans un lit taché d’urine ! 🤮 C’est écœurant ! Ce qui concerne parterre

* Towels are included (just incase you are only taking hand luggage and stressing what you need to pack- towels can be left at home) * Staff were fabulous, couldn’t fault any of them. * Room was clean, someone came in to remake the beds daily. * Lots to choose from re buffett, food changed each night too so there was some variety. * Drinks were reasonably priced, can be strong if you don’t normally drink- get an extra lemonade/coke to balance the strength out. * Beach just across the road which was very handy. * Even if your not swimming, highly recommend some drinks on the rooftop in the evening. * There are loads of shops, cafes and restaurants to the left and right of the hotel. Places to buy gifts, clothes, pharmacy etc. * Room check out was 10am, our transfer was 6pm, they have a room where you can store your bags, you are welcomed to still use the facilities- toilets, bar, seating areas etc while you wait. We have had a really lovely stay, we will definitely come back and I’d love to bring my children too. Loads of parks for the children to use. For those of you who geocache- there are loads in the area! Additionally we required support after one of our purses was taken on the train in Barcelona- hotel management were really helpful, they really took time to check we were okay, contact the police and organise a taxi. Even checking in after they had clocked off to check all was okay. The police were helpful and there was a translator available to us at the police station. We genuinely felt cared about and helped. I strongly suggest if you require help just ask at the front desk. Couldn’t recommend higher. Well done to the team - Thank you

I booked a weekend away with the girls to Hotel htop Pineda Palace & SPA in Spain for 3nights 4 days, From the night we arrived at the hotel it was all lovely the staff was very friendly and easy to approach, the food was hit or miss and they had a lot of various options, drinks was priced well, entertainment was fun to watch. I would highly recommend this please, beach is literally across the way and prefect. Shops are local, train Stainton two minutes up the road, so we went and spent the day I'm Barcelona, ( be very carefully at the train station in Barcelona as they are very good pick pockets two girls stole my purse ) as I was putting my phone in my bag so when I came back into the hotel the manager was so lovely told me what will happen let police know I was comming booked me a taxi and all of this when he really dint have to I honestly couldn't thank him enough for what was a stressful time the manage made it feel so much ease. I will definitely be back to this hotel again it's truly lovely high 5* from me
