This is a small space but completely private with fenced in yard, it’s a separated room of a house with private bathroom and accommodating amenities such as fridge, microwave, coffee maker with coffee for your convenience. The suite is very comfortable with queen bed and small work space, smart tv is 32inches, coffee maker is keurig with coffee pods provided and of course extra sheets and pillows are provided as well.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Seminole/St. Pete stay
Our stay was very nice. The rental unit was small but very adequate for our needs. Access to the rental, St. Pete, and other local places was easy.We do recommend a fluorescent ***** be place on the small step down between the bed and kitchen. The way the floor blends together makes it difficult to differentiate one floor height from the drop off. This could cause a serious fall and injury.Also, a second hand towel would have been nice since there were two of us. I would have contacted you about it but I didn’t have your contact info.

SAME DAY CANCELLATION
The property owner cancelled on us less than 8 hours before arrival time. This was Grand Prixrace week, so it really left us with very few options. Bad Business.

Traveller
The place was small and cozy. Host was helpful in getting us the supplies necessary for the week. Stove was a little complicated but host repaired and replaced it quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
