Central AC/Heating for those warm summer days or the cold winter days. One flat 65” tv in living area with Roku and another 55” roku tv in master bedroom. Wifi is provided. The pull out bed in couch is queen size and can sleep two adults. Coffee pot/keurig pods compatable and also provided.
