"This hotel experience was unsatisfactory. I specifically booked it because it's close to Dishui Miaocheng, and it is indeed not far. However, the facilities and services were quite poor. I booked two rooms; one had a leaky bathroom, and the other had the hot and cold water pipes reversed. When I called the front desk to complain in the evening, no one answered. The normal price is around 200 RMB, but during the National Day holiday it was over 700 RMB. I can understand the higher price during the holiday, but the facilities and service were inadequate. After complaining to Ctrip, they changed me to the best suite, but apart from the larger room, there was no difference. Because the drainage slope wasn't done properly, the entire bathroom flooded after a shower. Also, the floor tiles were glossy, and I was worried about my child slipping, so I spent 15 minutes scrubbing the floor at night. Ctrip should regulate these unreasonable price increases during holidays. In summary, this hotel is in the 200 RMB price range."

"1. First, I booked a standard room with a view, but where's the view? The balcony is only one meter wide, nowhere near as big as in the pictures. There's also a triangular eave blocking the view, and an air conditioner unit is outside. With the air conditioning on inside, the balcony is unusable; it's like being in a sauna. 2. The hairdryer in the room barely blows any hot air; it doesn't even dry your hair properly. 3. Breakfast is supposed to be from 7:30 to 9:30, but we went around 8:40. They were out of rice noodles, fruit, and eggs. When we asked if they had any eggs, they said no. Given the time management and so many guests, shouldn't they ensure a stable breakfast supply? We saw nothing, and we didn't eat anything. Look at the balcony in the pictures—it's so big! Then look at the balcony of room 603. Such a big difference. The cleanliness of the rest of the room was acceptable."
