"The hotel is right next to the train station square, making it convenient for high-speed rail travel. The amenities are superior to Holiday Inn Express hotels in other cities. The room is spacious and has a bathtub. A call to the front desk will even deliver a disposable bathtub set. The overall service is excellent. While the professionalism is a bit less than at other Holiday Inn Express hotels, it's definitely above average. It's probably the best hotel in the county. By the way, they also provided a complimentary late-night snack of stir-fried snails and edamame, which was a particularly thoughtful touch (see Figure 3)."

"فندق يعكس القلب في كل مكان. المرافق جيدة. المناشف والمفروشات على ما يرام ، وهناك الكثير من الخيارات في الوسائد. من الجيد خاصة للنوم. تحتوي الغرف على غلاية كهربائية وآلة صرف المياه ، في أي وقت. هناك مرافق لصنع الشاي والقهوة في الليل. في الطابق الأول هناك مطبخ تحضيري مجاني. الموقع . مناسب جدا للاكل في مكان قريب ، يوجد العديد من المطاعم ، تسمى بركة خارجية ، والتي تصل في العادة لنصف ساعة . الخدمة . جيدة جدا و الطاقم يقدمون المساعدة في تنظيف الغرفة حيث يتم تنظيفها من دون إنتظار. و كمحطة ركوب ذاتية القيادة، فإن التكلفة هي في الواقع جيدة جدا."

"Decent Hotel in a small town. Cleaniness could be improved as bedsheets were not changed even upon request (our toddler stained the sheets a little). Bed is super soft althought i prefer a firmer bed. Good thing is room has no smoke smell, which is rare in china hotels. Generally one of the better hotel to stay if you are an international traveller."

"قمت بعمل استراتيجية الاقامة في الفندق، فندق بنفس السعر لم يكن جيدا من خدمات فنادق هوندا، لم أتوقع ان مدينة بينانغ بهذا الفندق الجيد، التجهيزات البيئية بامتياز، التجهيزات المتكاملة، الفرش نظيف ومرتب، كذلك خدمة ايقاف السيارات بامكانك ان تكون سهلة، الوصول الى البوكينق سهل جدا، وسوف نستمر في اختيار هذا المكان في المرة القادمة"

The hot water problem at night caused four rooms to have no hot water, and the water was yellow. It was a bit embarrassing that there was no bath that night. The hot water came the next morning. This should be a hardware problem. And there was no response to this the next day. Sound insulation is a big problem, and the child next door has been noisy until late at night."
