"الفندق قريب من مخرج ميغافورة السريعة وسهولة المواصلات جداً . سعر مرتفع إلى حد ما! الغرف غير جيدة بالمرة. اجعلني أشك في هذا الشكل الجميل واللطيف والمتكلم المدام السيده هائلة الشابه هائلة في بلدي و هي الأنسه هائلة من نوعها في بلدي و هي بمثابة العوده الى الإجتماعات باسلوب خيري 😂 الاثاث جدا لطيف ونظيف و تحس بشعور العودة الى المنزل بمجرد دخول الغرفه دعوني أقود نفسي خلال رحلة عمل لأكثر من 20 يوم متعب في التنقلات خارج المدينة. كل التفاصيل في الفندق لا إزعاج. صاحب الفندق رجل مذاق عالي جدا. في المرة القادمة لمدينة شانغريلا أيضًا يكون أفضل نزلاء مدينة شانغريلا في مدينة شانغريلا أيضًا. يجب أن أختار هذا الفندق مرة أخرى"

"The hotel is converted from an old building, with a picturesque and rustic environment. The rooms rise gradually up the hillside, with many steps, making it more suitable for children over 2 years old. The front desk staff are welcoming, and the breakfast is clean and light. There's a pier nearby where you can take a bamboo raft, perfect for a slow-paced day trip. The downsides are the basic bathroom facilities and poor soundproofing; people were still laughing and talking late at night, and after we reported this, no one followed up, so we had to communicate with them ourselves. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant. When ordering, we specifically requested a smaller fish and a two-way preparation, which the waiter agreed to. However, what arrived was a five-way preparation of a fish weighing over 5 kilograms, which we couldn't finish and wasted most of. When paying the bill, they said "you can't choose the fish"—a completely contradictory statement. The nearly 400 yuan meal was very disappointing, and the service and communication urgently need improvement."

"During the May Day holiday, I took my family to Yangshuo, Guilin to see the mountains and rivers. I didn't choose a hotel in advance, so I chose it on the road. I simply compared three hotels and chose Berman. After the experience, it was amazing. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. The breakfast was self-service. The most important thing was that the aunt helped to wash the clothes 👍, and there were welcome fruits. In short, it was a very good experience 👍"
