房間乾淨整潔，安靜，窗外的風景不錯。前台小姐姐待客熱情，辦理入住退房快速便捷，耐心回答問詢。客房服務認真細緻，退房時我漏拿了一個自帶的晾衣架還專門給我打了兩次電話通知我；停車場阿叔熱情認真，指揮得當。為他們的整體服務點贊👍

網上看性價比訂的房，外觀像大酒店，大堂不是太大，但工作人員不少，不會是國營酒店吧？客房大小適中，但設施有點舊，衣櫃有門，看着整潔，其實無門更好，夏天容易出汗，洗一下衣服正常，無門幹得快，有門乾的慢，新開的酒店，大多數無門。總體看着不錯，想與酒店協商續住一晚，條件是便宜5-10元，因為我訂的房是2份早餐，實際1人入住衹吃1份，但酒店不同意。第二天吃早餐，沒有平台上説的那麼好，對續住也失去了興趣。後來改住對面的新都酒店，房價差不多，但新都酒店與漢庭是一個老闆，在一個餐廳吃飯，早餐好一點。

雖然酒店開業有幾年，但設施齊全，衞生整潔，服務熱情，停車也方便，整體和開業沒什麼區別，每次去平涼基本都是入住該酒店，很不錯！

平涼以為是甘肅比較貧困之地，應該住宿情況比較差，應該有的心理預期還是比較充足。但是拿到房卡還是讓人眼睛一亮，非常滿意，乾淨整潔已經代表酒店的名片。
因為爬山有很累的感覺，所以也沒有逛逛周邊的店鋪什麼的，但是酒店周邊還是比較熱鬧，應該比較方便出行。
可能酒店停車位比較少，但是店員和保安馬上幫助解決，在對面單位停車場找到位置，非常熱心體貼周到，非常感謝。
來平涼千萬不要忘了這家平易近人的酒店。

環境整潔，房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，床品舒適度高，整體衞生不錯。前台服務態度友好，辦理入住和退房高效，遇到問題響應及時。位置便利，周邊餐飲，交通方便，適合差旅或短途遊玩。早餐種類適中，性價比高，每次來都住這家。今天早飯忘記帶早餐券，阿姨堅持要紙質券，讓顧客回房間拿，但早上我着急出門，有點浪費時間，希望以後可以改為報房間號，這樣更靈活。總體值得推薦！
