The hotel go extra miles provide pick up and drop off from train station as this service not listed(only airport but not train station). The courtyard building is listed as historical site and the entire premises and the room truly transform & bring me back to the past. Location great within walking distance to west avenue pingyao ancient city and surrounding nearby easily can get local foods. I posted some pictures hope is helpful. "Amazing experience from booking till check out. The hotel formed a concierge chat before we checked in to help with pickup arrangements. We were blessed and very thankful when they upgraded us to a suite when we booked 2 rooms originally. The team was extremely attentive to our needs and served us food even though we arrived at 3pm. Breakfast was exquisite and they arranged for food for us to bring on the train. The team is led by a very capable manger and we truly appreciate the warm service provided. Will certainly stay with them again."

"The hotel is new, just opened last year, its room is big, clean & comfortable. It has a smart toilet, just like the ones in Japan. It is located in the old town center, and the location is super convenient, near the places of interest, shops & eateries. The hotel is a family business. It provides pick up & drop off, the front desk which is manned by the daughter is super helpful. It has a beautiful interior decor, but the room is a room with modern facilities. The buffet breakfast though not much variety taste good. Overall, I have a great experience staying in this hotel."

"Amazing Inn, in old historical courtyard house. The family were lovely and presented me with tea and a lovely gift basket of fruit and snacks on arrival. English was limited. When I arrived the Inn keeper helped me set up the Inn as a friend in We chat and we both were able to use this to communicate anything complicated. He also had some details about the facilities and area written out in English. So language was never an issue. The courtyard house was very old, the room was tastfully very modern blending old and new. The Chinese breakfast was delicious. It is very centrally located just off the main tourist street in Pingyao. The Inn keeper also dropped me back to the train station for a small fee, which was very convenient."
