"The hotel is in a good location. From Athens Piraeus, take the night boat to the port of Chania. The hotel is very close to the port. It takes a few minutes to walk. It takes about 20 minutes to take the bus 13 to the center of Chania/bus station. The hotel staff were very friendly.
