The owners and staff were all welcoming and we felt very at home. Our room was spacious with a generous comfortable bed and a great shower. There was a lot of choice for breakfast and everything we ordered was very tasty and served hot. Overall a nice place to stay and excellent value for money.

We had a lovely stay here, the check in process was smooth. We had our bags taken up to our room and were shown how the heating works by a friendly staff member. The room was clean and the beds were most comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and came out quickly. Overall this was a very charming, peaceful stay - we would definitely recommend.

Fourth time coming as a growing family, and it gets better each time. The welcome feels like coming home, and leaving always has a tinge of sadness. The rooms are beautiful, clean and airy, and the beds comfortable. The choice at breakfast was wonderful, and the food hot and served promptly, our dogs even got a sausage each. Would not consider going anywhere else in Pitlochry, it simply is the best

Excellent in every way. It was very spacious, and extremely clean. Beautiful location and easy walk to the shops. The room vas immaculate and warm. Breakfast was fantastic. Friendly and caring staff. The owner was on site to assist in all our needs.

I booked this but within a few days realised we couldn't go. Asked for a refund for my deposit but after several emails and phone calls i have nothing. Anne, the owner seems to think sending an email saying she has provided a refund, is a refund. Its not. Its only a refund when cleared funds appear in my account. Be warned. She will accuse you of being aggresive and bullying when asking for a refund. Its almost as if shes creating the justification for withholding your money / refund. The emails and words used against me read the same in all confrontations I've read between her and other reviewers on here. I've written this off as a bad experience, only wish i had read these reviews for once!

Hotel is spotless and hosts so friendly and accommodating. Stayed here several times and never disappointed. It's close to all amenities and a great base to explore from. Quality accommodation at a very reasonable price too, and pet friendly.

What a lovely place and the owners are first class. Without them I can't see the experience being so great. They really were amazing and welcoming, went out of their way to accommodate myself and my son. Lovely people. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely stay at the Rosemount hotel in Pitlochry for some November hikes in the Cairngorns. The staff were lovely, in particular Phie was very friendly and attentive for all our breakfast servings. Delicious and hearty breakfast every morning with decent variety.
The room was very cosy with just enough space to dry our wet hiking clothes when we needed. The water pressure in the shower was poor but a good excuse to have a decadent bubble bath!
