Wir waren eine Nacht im Garden-Room und hatten ein wunderbares Dinner. Das neu gebaute Haus mit den schön gestalteten Zimmern mit Aussensitzplatz befindet sich nicht weit vom Haupthaus entfernt und ist über eine kurze Treppe erreichbar. Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine und ein Wasserkocher für Tee, ebenso wie zwei Flaschen Wasser. Bei gutem Wetter hat man viel Sonne im Garten und kann dort wunderbar bequem sitzen. Bei schlechtem Wetter, oder wenn es draussen zu kalt ist gibt es eine ebenfalls sehr bequeme Couch. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, sauber und ruhig. Das Abendessen und Frühstück war sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal, dann hoffentlich auch etwas länger.

Hotel was a little tired but rooms were nice, restaurant was amazing. Dinner was included, which was surprising to me and made the cost highly reasonable. Everything was very clean and staff could not have been nicer or friendlier. I would say this is a solid four star hotel but I gave them an extra star for the nice rooms and exceptional service. I would stay here again.

Stayed this last week for 2 nights in this small hotel. Excellent service from the point of booking to the warm welcome on arrival. Stayed in room 5 which was very comfortable with great views. Had dinner both nights in hotel and the food could not be faulted. It was of a very high standard tasting delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast too was excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

An excellent hotel, and a very handy base for exploring the area. Our room was very comfortable, with two easy chairs, which were very welcome after a long day walking. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was very good, with a great selection for dinner and a superb breakfast. There is a reasonable wine list, with many available by the glass, but a limited selection of beers. Highly recommended.

Just a fabulous cosy place to stay. Couldn’t fault anything. The staff were wonderful. We had half board and the evening meal was superb, as was the breakfast! Loved it all, roaring fires to have your happy hour drinks with. Apparently it is a short walk into town which sounded very interesting but we couldn’t tear ourselves away from the cosy lounges. Great!

Sitting atop a hill this hotel is a beautiful Victorian building and I can say the whole experience matches the look. The room was very spacious, extremely comfortable (the bed is probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in), exceptionally clean and the view was amazing. The staff are fantastic, with a special mention to Patricia who upgraded our room and really looked after us the whole weekend. The food is superb and the serving of canapés in the lounge before being seated in the dining room is a lovely touch. I really cannot recommend the Knockendarroch highly enough and look forward to returning in the near future.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room we had was very comfortable and clean and had a fabulous view. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Lovely lounge and library with real fires and a good selection of books.

Had a wonderful 3-night break at Knochendarroch. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable accommodation and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. A great base for exploring the Highlands, or just stay in and relax in front of a cosy open fire. The other guests were all repeat visitors, which is the greatest recommendation, and we'll be returning too!

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff nice and welcoming. Breakfast was a let down unfortunately. Service was slow and the vegetarian breakfast was poor. Would of preferred to get breakfast in town if I knew it wasn’t going to be great but we had already paid for it and thought it would have been lovely.
