Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, parking on the premises. Grocery 500 m, restaurant, bus stop, railway station 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 300 m. Swimming in the Luznice river 300 m. 2-room house 41 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room 22 m2 with 1 sofabed, open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery 8 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom 8 m2, with sloping ceilings. Parking (fenced). Please note: suitable for families. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only CS, AT. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Very nice little cottage, in a nice quiet place. Many trips around the area to reach by car and train. Clean everywhere and newer amenities than in the photos. We liked it.

The holiday home had the necessary amenities. A manual for the induction plate would have been useful. Happy we were able to find clues on the internet. The garden is beautiful. Unfortunately the weather was less good. The quality of the cutlery was medio
