可能是我住過最舒適的一間。全程無小童，非常寧靜放鬆。員工服務專業，房間每日清潔，迷你吧飲品豐富並會補充，水準超越不少五星級酒店。 酒店應該新開，設施現代又整潔。唯一缺點係位置較偏，距離市中心有點遠，由機場搭的士約15分鐘，不駕車的話交通費用較高。酒店亦提供活動及交通安排，雖然方便但價格會較高。 整體而言，非常推薦，適合想要寧靜高質假期嘅旅客。

Contessina Suites & Spa Tsilivi (Planos) Exceptional staff justifies their 5 star rating An exceptional hotel well supported by its 5 star rating. You may chuckle but we often include in our reviews of hotels details such as the quality of the “NOTES” writing pad and thickness of the toilet paper. In both cases these were of a much better quality than expected even for a 5 star hotel Good food and exceptionally clean throughout. For example orange juice at breakfast was freshly squeezed, not concentrate from a carton. Staff and GM are highly responsive and terrific ambassadors for the brand. We especially bonded with Sarah Laird (Room Division Manager) who went further than many would to arrange a change of room due to a delay at the start of the season. Athena Restaurant Manager during our stay worked tirelessly to ensure a well-run operation whilst Emilia, front desk was perfect for that role. The main dislike was constant background music, especially from outside bars. We appreciate this is down to personal preference but perhaps suggest to guests they use their own personal sound devices ensuring privacy for all guests. Better still as we have experienced in other 4 and 5 star hotels; offer a quiet zone. A full length mirror in the bedroom would be a welcome finishing touch. There are no sink plugs so hand basins rely on running tap water which is wasteful and contradicts the otherwise commendable hotel’s environmental green policy. Shame that Greece now charges a mandatory sliding accommodation tax which peaks at Euros 15 per room per night, payable on arrival. For a nearby hairdresser we would recommend Tsilivi Hair Studio owned by Toula, a native from Finland.
