Asterion Suites & Spa - Designed for Adults

A 5* Hotel Resort that definitely lives up to its rating. The customer service is outstanding across all aspects of the hotel. We wanted a relaxing stay and this did not disappoint. The restaurant is first class with creative dishes every day. If you are looking for a boutique 5* Hotel for a relaxing stay then you need look no further. We hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful holiday in Crete – this time on the western side of the island, as we really wanted to visit the Samaria Gorge and Elafonissi Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the entire complex – small, but full of charm! A special mention goes to the friendly and attentive team, and a big thank you to Goran, who welcomed us warmly every evening and provided excellent service. The atmosphere during dinner was always relaxed and often very entertaining – thank you for that! The food was varied and of very good quality. Although I eat everything, I did notice that the vegan options could use some small improvements – both in terms of variety and labeling, as the signs were unfortunately not always accurate. There was a great selection at the salad bar (quinoa, lentils, a variety of vegetables, etc.), but the warm/main dishes could perhaps offer more protein-rich options besides potatoes and vegetables – such as tofu, tempeh, seitan, legumes, or similar. The beach area and the immediate surroundings could be maintained and presented a bit more attractively. Nevertheless, we’d like to thank the entire team for a relaxing holiday and many beautiful memories. Warm regards from Luxembourg!

Our last night at the Asterion Suites. Highly recommend this place. Lovely hotel. Ideally located on the beach. Not too busy. The food is spot on but what makes the place so relaxing is the friendly staff throughout. Will definitely be back.

I visited last year with a friend and loved it so much that this year returned with my fiancée! I have never returned to the same place for holiday but everything about this hotel is perfect. The food is without a doubt the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive - fresh, varied, well cooked with lots of healthy options as well as some wonderful treats. The staff are super friendly - Roula and George at the pool bar are outstanding as is the manager at Matter and the restaurant staff are all lovely. Dimitri on the front desk (I think she may be the manager) is warm and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel itself is small and boutique so not overly full and loud which is perfect for us. It’s quiet but not without atmosphere, and with a well selected variety of chilled musicians. The facilities are good and rooms spotless and comfortable with good showers. The gym is small but effective and the hotel is situated in a quiet area on the coast with access to the beach. The spa treatments are to die for, with very a good, professional team. This is a super special place that we are certain to return to year after year. Thanks guys!

Wir waren das 2. Mal dort und haben uns genauso wohlgefühlt wie beim ersten Mal. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, äußerst nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, außerordentlich gepflegte Anlage und Zimmer. 5 verdiente Sterne***** Ein sehr symphathischer General Manager, der uns sogar persönlich begrüßt hat und uns als Geschenk auch noch ein Upgrade hat zukommen lassen. We stayed at the Asterion for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely amazing! We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay. We had our own private pool, enjoyed the main pool, and loved that the beach was right in front of the resort. We were especially well taken care of by Goran, one of the managers. He always greeted us with a warm smile, offered excellent service, and gave us great food recommendations — we truly felt appreciated. We can’t wait to visit again! It was such a beautiful and memorable time, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our honeymoon.
