Nice hotel, great swimming pools. Very nice area. My apartment had two rooms. I didn't pay for air conditioning. The bedroom was stuffy but the second room was quickly aired and I slept in it. I covered the windows exactly and the temperature was bearable. The bathroom is really small and cramped but you can get used to it. The room is not as shabby as they describe here. The kitchen is one burner and a few tools. But that's standard in such accommodations. Overall, a very successful stay. The hotel surprised me positively. This is the center of Platanias, everything you need is in the area. I had great vacation.

The hotel was perfect. The location was so good. Only 5min to walk to the beach or to the nice restaurants. The staff was very frendly. Everything went good with them. In the hotel area was so many cutes cats. They were so friendly too and they were well taken care of. I could visit again anytime.

Perfect vacation in real cozy atmosphere, wonderful people who always have time for their guests, they have a great teamwork, and serve their costumers very well. I can highly recommend this hotel also for their food and beverage restaurants with a wonderful garden. Top professional staff with a super humor.

A great hotel! I was on a business trip and it literally became a vacation trip for me because of the hotel! Amazing pool areas, very cozy room and a balcony that I sincerely enjoyed every evening of my stay. There was great hotel service whatever I needed and the bar was a very pleasant surprise, especially when they had live music. Amazing experience We were on our honey moon and we definitely didn’t expect that it will be a dream comes true! We had our hopes up, but this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. We asked for a double bed upon the arrival and they gave us one with a great view over one of the pools that we enjoyed for ten days. Gardens and pools were like a small piece of heaven on earth! Staff was amazing! Location Is perfect, close to everything in walking distance, but still quiet and relaxing day and night! We are so grateful that they made our honey moon one to remember.

I have to put five stars for Castle Suites Hotel because we had such a great time. We are a family of 5 people so it was difficult to find a comfortable apartment for all of us and this hotel met our needs last minute. Total value for money!!! Kids were super exited with all of the pools and we could have more time to relax and enjoy the amazing cocktails from the bar!!! If you are traveling with kids, I sincerely recommend this place!!!

We were on a family vacation with our kids and we absoluttely loved it! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the pool areas are heaven for children and adults and the restaurant definitly never disapointed. We warmly recomend this place!

This was our first visit to the hotel.We arrived late on a Monday evening and were shown to a room near the main road.We were not happy with the room quality and there were a couple of faults.On speaking to reception the lovely lady Maria will speak to the owners about our concerns.We met the owners 2 twin brothers Damiteras and Kostas.They took personal responsibility to get the issues fixed and arrange for us to be moved to a much nicer room with 2 bathrooms and right next to the middle pool in the complex.There were a couple of issues with the room but again the owners took personal responsibility and had them rectified immediately.We found the bed extremely comfortable.The staff are lovely and helpful and the live music with George most nights is excellent. I have given this rating because I was extremely impressed that the owners were so diligent in rectifying the issues.This is a large hotel complex with 3 swimming pools.Many thanks again to the owners and staff of the Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable.

The only advantage of this hotel is a relatively well-kept garden and 3 swimming pools, but the pool area itself has little space for sun loungers. The rooms are in terrible condition. We took advantage of the travel agency's offer, which mentioned renovated rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms were renovated probably 20 years ago. Mold everywhere, dirty floors, cobwebs. Bed linen and towels changed once during the week's stay. The bathroom is probably in the worst condition, not only is it very small and it is difficult to get to the shower cabin. The shower itself is microscopic in size. The grout on the floor is black with dirt, with rusty traces here and there. Water from the shower floods the entire bathroom, and when you flush the toilet in the room above, all the "odors" come out through the water drain. No cosmetics, not even hand soap. There was a constant unpleasant smell from the sewage system at the reception. The reception does a poor job of checking in guests and there is chaos. Please note: local cats can get into the rooms and unfortunately they relieve themselves in the rooms. I advise against staying!
