Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

We have returned today from the H10. Every member of staff that you meet are friendly, have a smile and work hard. The gardens are kept clean as are the restaurant and bar areas, there was never a queue for a drink and the spirits are good quality brands and strong! All the mixers are bottled and not out of a machine, the cocktails mixed fresh and very nice. Hubby says the lager was ok too. There is fresh water machines for guests to fill their bottles. The snack bar has good freshly cooked lunches, continental breakfast with a few hot items and snacks in the afternoon in between. The restaurant was very quiet when we were there so the food wasn’t always as hot as it could be. Breakfast was good, freshly cooked eggs, omelettes and pancakes with almost any other breakfast item you could think of! Coffee was out of a machine but good quality in my opinion. The rooms had complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor and shave foam, tissues, comb, shower caps and refillable shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and hand lotion and a powerful hairdryer. Cleaners came every day. The safe and pool towels are free (you can change them as many times as you like) and there is a coffee machine and kettle, 2 tv’s with UK channels to keep up with the news. Now for the not so good, our room could do with an upgrade, it was just a bit tired and worn, however the beds were comfortable, we didn’t use the air con as it had a funny smell. I know saving water is good but the shower could have been a bit more powerful. Anyone going from July will hopefully have a more relaxing holiday than we did as the noisy work around the pool impacted our holiday, the sun beds were on top of each other and there wasn’t a day when it was quiet, and there isn’t enough sun beds for guests, they were all being used and had to be reserved before breakfast. Some days we just sat on our terrace. However the pools are lovely and warm, even the unheated one. I’m not sure how many guests the hotel has at full capacity but the bar areas are small and I’m not sure what happens when it rains. There is a market at the Marina on Saturdays and Wednesdays, a 15/20 minute stroll to the left along the front or along the main road and to the right there is the usual souvenir shops again 15/30 min walk, prettier along the front and more shops on the promenade. A supermarket across the road from the hotel stocks the necessaries. Playa Blanca beaches are nice but it was a bit out of the way for us and probably will not return to this area.

I’ll let photos speak for themselves. If possible change hotel now, even without the complete building site, the following were all just unacceptable. (If your with easyJet you have 28 days before you travel.) we wished we spend £100 more for the two opposite hotels dreams or the princess one. Food - buffet had little variety, all of which were just disgusting. Stale breads, and pastries. Soup was separating it was so awful. The yogurts on two different days were curdled, photos to prove all of this. The outside area where the food was just about edible, 45 minutes after ordering, I asked how much longer our food would be, baring in mind this is a snack bar. She shrugged and said they had one chef. That’s it. We saw the same chef in the buffet, so is there really just one chef? Either way, not 4*. Especially in your busiest lunch area. Unfortunately 3/4 nights we had to eat out because you just couldn’t stomach the food. If you’d like to enjoy your drinks, please insist that it’s only got a small amount of alcohol, as they poor crazy amounts into all cocktails ruining the drinks, everyone said how it would be lovely if they didn’t make them crazy strong. You’d never get the drink you liked the same, I had four different versions of iced milkshake. Some blended, some just dumped ice cubes and some added cream, some added biscuit. How could we not get the same drink again. Demotivated staff that’s how. Room service - cleaners waking you up at 8am to clean, when you said no thank you, they said they’d be back in 10 minutes. And again returned. May I add breakfast only opens at 8. This is very rude. On the topic of cleaning, please see photos of the cleaning standards of the shower. I don’t need to review, it’s clear that this is not 4* Building works, loud and unpleasant, all the reviews you’re reading are true so I won’t go on about how much this ruined our holiday. Photos attached. As you walk to your hotel room, you have gravel and furniture dumped everywhere. Photos attached. Want to make friends with fellow guests, they all had horror stories, and tips to make the trip bearable. Tip - if using the shower room before you return, wear flip flops, it was disgusting. Especially considering it’s in the spa. Photos also attached. The reception will tell you lies, such as reserving beds with life guard (doesn’t happen.) get out early if you want beds.

Don't like to be lied to by Sophia - have never responded to any other hotel. I booked through H10 so this is not relevant to me: We would like to clarify that the information regarding the improvement works was sent to all our partner agencies, including TUI, on April 7th. It is the responsibility of the tour operators to inform their clients when they make a booking through them. I was sat on my building site view balcony at 8am so this is a complete lie: Additionally, we have personally verified the timing of any noise related to the works. The construction activity that may cause noticeable noise does not begin before 10:00 a.m. There is no significant sound impact at 8:00 a.m. on any day.

We have just come back from a stay at this hotel and neither the holiday company or hotel informed us of 'SIGNIFICANT' building work going on. Three areas including jacuzzi and swimming pool were closed and over 50% of the outside space is out of action. The noise throughout the day was terrible and guests were left scrambling for beds as so much was closed. The photos on this website and other is not representative. We complained to both the hotel and holiday company and neither came forward with a solution. Whilst the staff and food were nice, the holiday experience was and is awful. I am aware of other guests not being informed and considering the price, there should be other options for guests. In our opinion the hotel should be closed for these works. I would never go back to this hotel and its chain, given the awful experience we have just had. See photos for evidence of how significant and large the works are.

Hotel was lovely, Staff from reception, bars and sos pool guards were all 100% excellent. Noise as work is being done at present can be loud and dust blowing about. Food was OK but needs to up it to 4☆. I feel the food needs more of a variety and less seafood, alow I love my seafood it was very repentive every day. The food was luke warm hence needed to visit the microwave each visit. I feel that this hotel has 4☆ from the staff alone but for everything thing else I have stayed in many H10 hotels and I would rate this one 3☆. Would I visit again if there was no maintenance work yes probably but not stay again as A1.
