Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort

Just returned from our 3rd visit and again we were not disappointed. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with many going out of their way to make our stay excellent. Have to give a special mention to Christian and Anouar in the bar. Every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned very day, along with a turn down service in the evening. Some people are saying the hotel is dated but I think that is just the traditional Canarian style which personally I love. We only stayed on B&B basis but selection at breakfast was excellent. There are plenty of lovely local restaurants at the Marina and in Playa Blanca, both of which are about a 10 minute walk either direction. We have 2 teenagers and there was plenty to keep them occupied. There is a games room with pool table and ping pong, and next door to the hotel is Capitan Park (was Kikoland). There is a soccer school in the morning for younger kids, but my older teenagers were able to use the tennis courts and soccer pitches in the afternoon and evening. The rooms in the family suite are very spacious - large double room with an ensuite, a twin room, separate bathroom, along with a sitting room, balcony and small kitchenette. The beds are extremely large and comfortable. It was still relatively quite as primary schools not finished so didn't have any issues with sunbeds - not sure what it is like in the busier season. Location is superb, in front of the beach. There is Superdino Supermarket across the road from the main hotel and right beside the family section. Will definitely be returning for another visit.

This is our 4th stay at this beautiful hotel from the moment you arrive you're welcomed by the porter who takes your cases then as you check in they offer you a glass of wine or orange juice. The staff cannot do enough for you. The rooms are amazing with beds so comfy and roomy. The pool's are lovely with plenty of sunloungers. Absolutely worthy of it's 5* rating.

We recently stayed at the Princess Yaiza for 10 nights as a family of five (children aged 4, 7, and 9), and it was our second visit to this wonderful hotel. This time, we booked interconnecting suites which were absolutely perfect for our family’s needs—spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean (the rooms were serviced two to three times a day!). The hotel facilities are excellent, and the kids' club was a real highlight for us. Our son took part in the football camp nearly every day and absolutely loved it. The coaches running it are FIFA-qualified, and although there was an additional charge of €20 per day, it was well worth it. We mainly used the pool beside the pool bar, which was ideal for families. A special mention to Christian at the bar—he was an absolute legend when it came to cocktails and was also fantastic with the kids. In general, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is another big plus—perfectly positioned halfway between the Rubicon Marina and the Playa Dorada restaurant *****, making it easy to explore both areas on foot. We also dined at a couple of the on-site restaurants and were really impressed. The Italian and Teppanyaki restaurants were particular favourites—the food was delicious and the service was top-notch. All in all, we couldn’t recommend the Princess Yaiza more. It’s a brilliant choice for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and high-quality holiday experience. We’ll definitely be back again!

I have the huge privilege of travelling around the world for work, and staying in some of the finest hotels. This is my first time here, and it is a total joy. I'm on holiday with my wife on this occasion - our first trip to the island of Lanzarote - and we clearly chose the very best resort hotel. We love every aspect of it - the food and facilities are amazing - and the location is splendid. What so often makes a huge difference is the attitude and demeanour of staff. No such worries here. They are all delightful - if I could give this venue 6 or 7 stars, I would!! Highly recommended - and we will be back!
