Hemos estado alojados en el hotel el puente de mayo y solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento . Especial mención merece el servicio de cocina , quienes con mimo han preparado por separado la comida de mi hija Lara a la carta ( ella tiene múltiples alergias alimentarias y no queríamos que comiese de bufet por la posibilidad de contaminación cruzada). Súper recomendable para familias de niños alérgicos

This is a very honest review after a 10 day holiday as a family, 3 adults and a toddler . After booking the hotel we decided to pay extra to choose the room we get so we get a great sea view. (This was an additional fee after already paying for a sea view room) First day into the holiday and there was drilling and very loud building works happening in our building. At no point did anyone mention to us that this is the case, with a toddler who still napping this was a massive issue. After complaining we did get a great room upgrade and the staff were very apologetic. However that still.didnt change the fact that the building works were still happening. They also started renovating the main snack bar right next to the main pool which was also very unpleasant. We do understand that this is necessary for improving the hotel but this should be communicated in advance. During busy periods the service wasn't consistently and there were times when we couldn't even get a drink for our table same goes to bar staff, each bar we went to served the same drinks but they were made totally different. Saying that we do have to mention that the manager who delt with us was very accommodating and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible which we do apprecite. We got an opportunity to try both of the restaurants PORTOFINO and SANSOFÉ and both were exeptional. The SANSOFÉ was stunning and definitely worth paying extra for. The designated kids area is also great for kids all ages. We also hear there will be a new slash area there too which we think would be a great addition especially for a smaller kids. The hotel is definitely aimed at families with kids which is great but do take that into consideration when booking if you're a couple. We would like to come back another time but we would definately check first if there are any works happening during our stay.

1ere expérience aux Canaries. Hotel au top, chambre spacieuse et propre. Repas variés et excellents. Personnel souriant et serviable. Animations pour petits et grands tout au long de la journée. Équipe animation dynamique. Soirée pour les enfants et spectacle pour les grands. Séjour inoubliable.

Generally good value for money. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The general manager approached us to enquire about our stay. Our one grumble was the tea cups weren’t replaced whilst the room was cleaned. This was dealt with immediately. Thank you. The rooms were clean and spacious. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable in the family room. I would recommend getting down to breakfast early to get the best selection. A special shout out to the kids club staff who worked tirelessly throughout the day and night to entertain the kids. I see people are complaining it’s not a 5 star hotel but the price reflects this. The on site Italian restaurant (by booking only) provides some welcomed change from the buffet in the main restaurant. Good selection of drinks. All in all I would recommend

We stayed over easter in a Merlin room with 1 child. The room was spacious if oddly proportioned. Kept clean and tidy by the staff, however rather tired looking in places especially the bathroom. Also noise due to other guests running around above us late at night. Need to maintenance was also reflected throughout some of the public areas, bits of render falling off walls or the dragon slide for example. The pools themselves were good, a little cold, but clean and well maintained. Oue child loved the dragon slides and the kids pool area was a nice place to be, especially if you don't like the noisy entertainment at the main pool. Our room was in the castle area which was quite far from the main pool and restaurants which isn't really an issue if your legs function and don't mind a few minutes walk either way. We preferred the pool there so worked for us. We stayed all inclusive out of wanting to relax and not think too much. The buffet despite other reviews had a lot of choice, but didn't vary too much between day. Theme each day made a bit of difference. Some of the food was not great, but actually if you pick local-ish fresh dishes they were nice and there was a continuous stream of freshly cooked meat/fish. It was always busy there, the hotel staff has mentioned they were basically fully booked up and for that it wasn't too bad considering. They could have served wine a little more readily, the included wine wasn't bad and was always well received. I would say that nearly all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a great time by the pool, but could be better if the hotel was in a better condition. Location to me was great. Walk along the coast to the commercial area was about 30mins and beautiful. Walk to the beach was rocky so 20-30mins but huge, quiet and sandy, but rather windy on our visits.
