Casas del Sol Candesa

at een mooi complex en fijne bungalow. Het complex beschikt ook over een zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. Het park is gelegen bij de veerboothaven. Op loopafstand van restaurants/winkels/supermarkt/bushalte/taxistandplaats. (200 meter). De bungalows zijn volgens mij bijna allemaal privébezit en gerenoveerd. Op het terras (alle terrassen zijn op het zuiden gelegen) vind je ligbedden en terrasset. Erg vriendelijk personeel en alles ziet er erg netjes uit en wordt erg goed onderhouden. Ook de schoonmaak is erg goed. Je kunt met alle vragen bij de medewerkers terecht. Zij hebben ook een huurauto geregeld voor ons. Deze werd afgeleverd en opgehaald bij het complex. Ik beveel dit park van harte aan. Niet zo massaal en in het oude gedeelte van Playa Blanca. Ik zou zeker niet aan de kant van Marina Rubicon verblijven. Geen sfeer met allemaal nieuwe complexen.

Having stayed at Casas del Sol for many years, we consider the complex beautiful and relaxing but not this visit. We were disgusted by our stay in villa 2A which was a huge disappointment. It was dirty, uncared for by the owners, and bears no resemblance to the photos promoting the villa on various sites. We found the living room furniture dirty and every appliance in the kitchen had to be cleaned prior to use. I consider the patio furniture unsafe and unusable, as evidenced by the photos. The table leg was hanging off when we arrived and the chairs were ripped through. Attempts to communicate with the owners were ignored. I sent them photos of the furniture, mould in both bathrooms and damage to the bath. No response. I would not recommend this villa to anyone planning a stay at Casas del Sol. Our stay was uncomfortably, stressful and a total disappointment.

Casas del Sol is wonderfully situated very close to the harbour, town centre of Playa Blanca and Flamingo beach…there is even a bus stop just outside the entrance. The villas are in very well kept gardens, the pool is salt water solar heated and reception is friendly and helpful. Car parking is easy with permit from reception. There is a small shop on site selling basic foods but a small supermarket is just a few minutes walk away. Villa called Sunny Secret (14a) occupies a great position , near the pool with some sea view from the large terrace. It is extremely well equipped, very comfortable beds, huge variety of channels on large TV, good outside loungers and shaded outside dining area….there is even a dishwasher! Booking is easy either through Vrbo or direct with the owner. We have stayed at Casas del Sol a number of times…we are convinced 14a is the best villa…so if you have booked there you have hit the jackpot! Colin Bell

My wife and I have stayed at Casas del Sol in Plata Blanca on numerous occasions. It is a fabulous complex with a beautiful large pool and situated in a great location close to all shops and restaurants, and with great views overlooking the sea. On this occasion we had a 3 week stay from 3rd to 24th November, 2024. We stayed in a 3bedroom villa, Sunny Secret, number 14A. The owner Julie, was a great person to deal with and it was a pleasure to meet with her whilst we were there. Sunny Secret is a lovely, well equipped villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and directly overlooks the large pool on the complex. Full Sky/TNT package provided on large TV in living room together with other entertainment. I would highly recommend Sunny Secret and Cssas del Sol for those looking for a totally relaxing holiday in a great villa in a great location.

We stayed in 14a Sunny Secret which is really lovely. It has a gorgeous terrace overlooking the pool. It is a short walk to all the superb bars and restaurants and the ferry service to other resorts in Lanzarote.We have stayed in this fab villa many times and cant wait to book again !!!

We stayed in September. Everything was perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The Villa contains everything you need, so comfortable. Great WiFi. The grounds are beautiful and pool is fantastic. Handy little onsite shop. Couldn't ask for a better location so close to beach, restaurants and shops. Special thank you to Esther who went above and beyond to help me after I left something in villa. So kind. We look forward to returning and we highly recommend.
