Where to start arrived late was offered food dried bread cheese and ham not much at that went to get a drink after sorting out the room all inclusive finishes at 11pm after this you have to pay we arrived late so had to pay to get a drink the bar man is very ride telling people the all-inclusive has finished The food is awful breakfast was about the best meal and that's nithing great fresh omelets are good Lunch awful snack are OK Evening meal we ate out most evening as food again awful we were all-inclusive Rooms well sleeping with cockroaches not my ideal sleep was given spray which was awful to use and smell

Stayed at Parque La Paz from 7th August until 17th August. Had paid for a pool view room 153 didn't disappoint. Had a great view of the pool and beyond. Arrived at night and got checked in quickly by nice reception staff. Rooms are very spacious with all amenities available and very comfy beds. Yes there are ceiling fans but would be even better if they invested in aircon ,not great when you are trying to get ready. Hotel is spotless and rooms cleaned daily. Staff in all areas are lovely, shout out to Nico on the pool bar, nothing was a bother and also the pool guy ,always smiling and trying to talk to us buy not great English. The only downside for us was the food at dinner times, could not find anything to our liking(we were All Inclusive) maybe it was just us but we are not fussy eaters. The breakfast and lunches were much better, we ate out most nights. The hotel is in a prime location, everything on your doorstep. Row of bars just under the hotel and next street down is The Golden Mile where you will find bars restaurants shops and shopping malls. The Hard Rock Cafe is a must, live bands every night up on the terrace overlooking The Golden Mile. Also The Vegas Grill is a must too, husband said it was the best steak he has ever had. We organized a trip one day through reception, the man on the desk was very helpful and informative as he had done the trip. Got on the Catamaran at Puerto Colon in Costa Adeje, worst 3 hours of my life, spent the whole time in the saloon being sick with most of the boat being sick around me and after paying 15 euros for the comfy beds up top. Got to see some whales though. Would only recommend if you have good sea legs. Overall had an amazing holiday, will definitely be back to this part of Tenerife and would come back to this hotel but probably on bed and breakfast board.

Just back from a 7 night stay. Greeted on arrival by a friendly member of staff who provided us with a map and explained everything the hotel had to offer. Due to our flight arriving early, we asked if we could check in early, and as long as your room is ready, you can go straight up. If you do arrive before your room is ready, the hotel has a room you can leave suitcases in. TIP: You can hire towels for the sunbeds at €20 each(price correct at date of review) but has to be paid in cash, you can change these for a clean towel daily with the pool staff, on returning the towels at the end of your stay, you get your €20 per towel deposit back. Safes are available in the room at €15(able to pay on card) this is non refundable. Walk way to the rooms is not poolside(thankfully!) So you can make your way to your room without worrying the whole pool is looking at you! We were all inclusive, and you help yourself to the all-inclusive drinks(plastic cups and drinks are to the left of the bar). Sunbeds, if you want one poolside, you do have to get there early, however pool staff are very good at keeping track of 'saved' sunbeds, and will even help move some so you are all sitting together(blonde lady wearing a white tshirt helped us..sorry didn't know her name). If you aren't fussed about being poolside, there are always plenty of free beds either side of the AI restaurant. A vending machine is available just past reception. AI food is a good standard, always something for people to eat, and a good selection. One downside for me, was the fact that despite the fact the staff work so hard, they don't always get listened to by other guests. I witnessed 2 members of staff tell someone the restaurant wasn't ready, yet they walked in anyway! Despite this, staff are friendly and polite and go out of their way to help staff. Rooms are cleaned daily, to a high standard. Fans in the room, no AC, but put the fans on reverse and it makes a world of difference. Beds in the 1 bedroom apartments pull out from under the couch in the living room, something we only discovered on day 3 when housekeeping were still in the room. A very short walk to the golden mile(about 1 minute walk if that) 2 close supermarkets, one halfway down the golden mile, one at the very end of the footpath that runs down the lefthand side of the hotel. Considering it's distance from the bars, it's quite quiet- would suggest families ask for rooms at the front of the hotel. There is a bar on the way out(but still inside the hotel) which is easily missed, and seemed quiet, so a good place to go if you don't want to be poolside. Didn't see any of the entertainment, so can't comment, however from what I saw advertised a good choice of entertainment. Would definitely recommend, it's very much a hidden gem. Have already booked our next stay.

Family holiday 2 adults and our daughters 13 and 9. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely lady on reception who booked us in very quick and gave us a map and where our room was and where we could go for some food as it was late in the evening when we got there. The room was very spacious and clean and tidy. There was ceiling fans with wasn't a problem for us and was good throughout the night and we didn't get hot. The bar staff was amazing and polite. The waiters and waitresses was amazing in the restaurant as well. The sunbeds was difficult to get, you had to be there for 8am or you did not one, people would put towel down and you didnt see them for hours after that. There was a lady life guard tho that was removing the towels if they wasn't sat there after about an hour and giving them to other people which I thought was very good. The entertainment was good, the only issue was if there was a big group of people there they would put tables together and take the chairs from other tables as well so there was free tables but no chairs. The food was not brilliant, the kids section was not good, not much choice and mostly the same every night. The puddings was fantastic and breakfast was good. The hotel is in a fantastic location, it is only a short walk to the golden mile and the beach. Over all we had a fantastic week and we really enjoyed out selves.

An all round great experience, on arrival was met by a lovely gentleman on reception, check-in was fast and efficient. Had paid for a pool view and it definitely didn't disappoint. Rooms are very spacious and have everything you require, excellent kitchen and bathroom. Nice big balcony also. I personally prefer air con though the fans worked ok, noisy if left on at night. Hotel is spotless and rooms cleaned everyday, with clean towels etc. Never had a problem with sunbeds, although there was people on beds at 6:30am, mind boggling, a great sun terrace where beds are available all day if you don't manage to get poolside. Can't comment on food etc as we were self catering. Already booked for next August as it impressed so much.

Overall a really good hotel place is beautiful and very well kept. It is in a prime location for shops pubs and the beach all with in walking distance rooms are modern and have loads of space we were ground floor pool side so had a large balcony with table chairs and sun beds. Was difficult to get a sun bed round pool 8am start required and someone has to stay with towels no putting down and going back to bed. We didnt mind as there was 2 other terraces at back of stage which was also where u had to smoke/ vape they very strict on smoking and there was no smoking on balconys most of staff was friendly only a few let them down 1 guy on the bar was soo rude so much so my son went to receiption and complained. Food was ok we were self catering so only ate a few times from snack menu. Downfalls - the maids turned up everyday and rang the door bell loads till u answered towards the end of holiday we got a bit annoyed with them as when we said we were ok 1 day she went and got her supervisor and felt we had to let them in Every day a bit much every other day would of been fine . Also no laundry room a place this size could do with a laundry room or even a laundry service. Just my opinion though. Would def return.
